Pros: The view was breathtaking, and the apartment was in a very convenient location, the room was even visible from the beach! It was very clean and well furnished (only wish the kitchen also had a microwave). A nice bonus was that there were smart TVs both in the living room and bedroom with the ability to connect my own Netflix account.

Pros: The apartment is new, beautiful, and clean, with an elevator. A big plus for a long-term rental is the apartment's cleaning service every three days by a very friendly lady.
Cons: After so many positive reviews, the kitchen equipment was very disappointing. There were no basic utensils like a kettle to make coffee, a dish drainer, or cloths to dry wet dishes, only one large knife that couldn't be used for peeling, and one small pot. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. When we asked for the missing equipment, we only received a hairdryer. We had to arrange the missing kitchen equipment ourselves, otherwise cooking all our meals for 2.5 weeks would have been impossible.

Comfortable apartment just by the beach
Pros: Freshly new and comfortable apartment just by the beach, lot of space, balcony with great sea view. Big and very clean bathroom. Very nice host.
Cons: A few more additions would be useful, like wine glasses, small table and standing lamp by the couch etc

Great experience
Pros: Excellent location, high-level lodging standard featuring a modern décor. Friendly and accommodating staff. Spotless rooms, high standard bedding. Full set of cooking utensils, down to the peeler.
Cons: The table chairs didn't have furniture pads (self-adhesive pads for furniture feet). The noise was audible throughout the floors. Small detail, big difference.

Great view and location!
Pros: The location is great - right next to the entrance of the worth beach, supermarket and couple of restaurants are within 50m, the is ATM in the supermarket, the sea alley which leads to the harbor is 200m away, city center is also at 15m walking distance. Honestly, I cannot imagine better positioning. If you pick apartment with sea view you will not regret it - you wake up with the sunrise and the view is amazing. Rooms are spacious and with lots of daylight.
Cons: The management and maintenance of the property leave room for improvement. If you are with baby I recommend to ask for apartment on the first floor (or second), as the elevator does not work. If you ask about it, you will be re-assured it will work by tomorrow, but you may be certain this tomorrow will not come while you are there. Rooms should be cleaned every day, but unless you ask for cleaning, you will not even get towels changed. Despite that, the cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful always!

Very clean apartment, top value for money, excellent beach
Pros: The apartment was very clean, fully equipped kitchenette, air conditioner only in the main room, but easily cooled the bedroom as well. There was a capsule coffee maker with complimentary capsules, which was amazing to have. Staff are really helpful and friendly. The beach in front of the hotel is really nice (but there are stairs to it, have in mind) and you can use umbrellas and sun beds for free.
Cons: Some laundry detergent would have been nice to have, as there was a washing machine.

I will definitely recommend it with one proviso, to ask in advance on which floor they will be accommodated
Pros: Brand new apartment, spacious with a wonderful view of the sea and the beach. Free parking and an umbrella with two sunbeds.
Cons: One of the apartments on the ground floor should be considerably cheaper and the guests should know what they have booked in advance.

Perfect! Would stay again in a heartbeat
Pros: The location is perfect with easy access to the beach, the free sun loungers and parasols an added bonus. Many shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Quiet, private, modern, spotlessly clean, plentiful hot water, great shower, spacious, the view is amazing and a friendly welcome.
Cons: It was missing a iron and ironing board
