Pros: The apartment was spacious and smart, in a quiet area very close to the beach. Cleaning services were great and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
Cons: Sometimes there was sand in the pool, which could be unpleasant.

Best Location in Sunny Beach for Families
Pros: Perfect location with direct access to the beach and in quite place far enough from the noisy nights of Sunny Beach. The 2 bedroom apartment is nice and big enough for 2 adults and 3 kids, the cleaning services every day included in the rent is very appreciated. The personal of Marty’s is very helpful and friendly we enjoyed very much our stay and we want to come back.
Cons: Wifi is a little bit limited but we didn’t needed much and Alexa is not properly working but that was not a problem for us. Kitchen utensils are a bit limited too.

Pros: Location was perfect and the staff was very helpful. It is one of the best accomodation for Family vacation. My wife was very happy with the everday cleaning service.
Cons: It would be better to have a decent laundry dry rack with cloths pins to dry swimming cloths on the terrace. Shower curtain is also necessary.

we were very happy with the sea, clean, sandy beach. nice accommodation. many restaurants arround
Pros: very good location at the end of promenade close to all fun but quiet. well equipped apartment. very helpful host/reception. clean not busy swimming pool. beach in front with sunbeds, umbrellas
Cons: breakfast could improved. it is served in hotel restaurant in neighbourhood. there is no catering facility in the building as it is apartments. bedroom window is at the street side but not much noise

Pros: Everything since we arrived was exceptionally,the lady housekeeper Magie and her colleagues helped us with the luggage,receptionist was so nice,polite and d friendly,the apartment…well no words ,you feel your self like you are at home,if we decide to go back to Sunny Beach we definitely will book same apartment.The apartment it’s made with think of home, comfort and coziness!!! Admiration to Marty and her staff!!!

Pros: Well-equipped accommodation, clean and comfortable. The receptionist is kind. We got what we expected. Some of the Smart Home functions were not set, but we were able to listen to music very well. The sea is very close and there were not many tourists. The pool is also great.
Cons: One of our terraces belonging to our apartmant, the railings are too rare for a small child to be outside alone, but this probably only applies to our apartment. But otherwise, it's kid-friendly.

Pros: W mojej ocenie najlepsze miejsce na rodzinny odpoczynek w Słonecznym Brzegu. Byliśmy tam już trzeci raz. Obiekt położony pomiędzy Świętym Własem i Słonecznym Brzegiem nad samą plażą, z własnym basem. Apartamenty czyste i komfortowe z balkonami z widokiem na morze. W pobliżu restauracje i markety w tym całkiem spory ALDO, prywatny parking. Przed apartamentowcem plaża z najlepszą infrastrukturą w Słonecznym Brzegu. Cisza i spokój, a jednocześnie 10-15 min. spacerem deptakiem do gwarnego pełnego rozrywek centrum. Obiekt zdecydowanie godny polecenia. Szczególne podziękowania kierujemy w stronę Pana Petko z recepcji. Wspaniały człowiek, uprzejmy i pomocny, jednocześnie zawsze uśmiechnięty z dużym poczuciem humoru. Zawsze służący dobrą radą. Serdeczne pozdrowienia z Polski.

Pros: Ligger rett på stranden i et veldig rolig område. Veldig hyggelig personale, vil gi litt ekstra ros til mannen i resepesjon som var veldig serviceinnstilt og hjelpsom med veldig god engelsk tale. Nydelig strand med tykke og behaglige madrasser på strandsenger.
