Absolutely wonderful property and perfect host!
Pros: The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Everything needed was there - lovely crockery, lots of glasses and kitchenware. The balcony was lovely. The kitchen had everything needed. Everything was very clean. Daniel was a perfect host. We could not have been happier with the apartment. We will come back for sure, and would be happy to recommend the apartment to all our friends!
Cons: Absolutely nothing negative to say about the property

Great apartment with a wonderful balcony and lovely hosts.
Pros: There is an option for self check-in, the location is great - close to everything, a few blocks away from downtown and the Sea Garden. A spectacular terrace surprised us really nice. It was my 2nd favourite thing (after the comfy bed). On top of that the host is really nice, responsive and helpful. There is an option for free parking spot (subject to availability).
Cons: A new coffee machine will be a plus.

Pros: The apartment was great, amazing terrace, a really nice host, super comfy bed, you have everything you need,
Cons: The only con was the non-working AC in the bedroom. It was a bit difficult to sleep with high temperatures, but in exchange, the owner offered us the possibility to stay one night longer, which was good.

Fresco, curioso y bonito piso. Terraza bastante grande y ubicación bastante céntrica. Párquing.
Pros: No tuve la suerte de conocer en persona a Daniel (que, por cierto, habla muy bien español), pero sí de disfrutar de su acogedor apartamento: curiosa pero fresca distribución, terraza bastante grande (con mesa grande y cómodo sofá-rinconera -en el salón tiene otro), decoración alegre y cuidada, cocina bonita, con barra, completamente equipada, mesa-comedor para 4, cama grande, alta y cómoda, gran TV, internet muy bien y todo limpio. Buena ubicación: al lado de la arteria peatonal de la ciudad. En un agradable paseo estás en el centro. Y párquing!: detrás del edificio (en un patio abierto, común para los vecinos).
Cons: Por mencionar algo: 1) el armario (del dormitorio) un poco justo... 2) la escalera del edificio estaba bastante limpia y cuidada, pero el ascensor era un poco viejo :-( Si, como yo, no te fías de ellos, tienes que subir 6 plantas a pie -algo que hice varias veces en los 2 días que me quedé :-( ) 3) la ducha del baño (pequeño pero justo) es 'sistema búlgaro': sin separación respecto a los otros elementos. O sea: te duchas y se moja el inodoro, etc (pero luego puedes secar el piso con un mopo especial, y listo ;-) )

Pros: Appartement spacieux. Très bien situé. Coin terrasse couverte très appréciable. Stationnement gratuit. Contact facile avec le gérant. Très propre. Cuisine bien équipée et aménagée.
Cons: Salle de douche un peu petite. Prévoir un système de rideau de douche afin que les toilettes ne soient pas mouillés . Difficulté a trouver le logement car le GPS de la voiture indique être arrivé alors qu'il faut poursuivrez dans la rue sans issue.
