Nice apartment

Pros: Big apartment, clean, available parking spot underground, all needed things inside for bathroom and kitchen.

Cons: In front of the bulding (20-30 metters) is another building under construction and the working program of the builders is every day (also on Saturday and Sunday) from 7:30 to 17:00-18:00 so no chance to sleep in the afternoon or later than 7:30 in the moring.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment.

Pros: Apartment was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and to a very high standard. Instructions for accessing keys and parking were excellent. Location was ideal for our visit and would certainly stay there again.

Pros: Świetne wskazówki dotyczące dojazdu i wejścia do apartamentu. Co do lokalizacji, to rezerwując pobyt wybierałem właśnie tę część Burgas z pełną świadomością że do plaży generalnie jest dość daleko jak na przejście pieszo. Jazda samochodem zajmuje ok. 8-9 min., najlepiej przy plaży parkować na parkingu Magazia 1. Istotne zalety to centrum handllowe nieomal pod nosem i zapewnione dla apartamentu miejsce parkingowe. Uwzględniają wszystkie najważniejsze dla mnie czynniki, tj, cena, komfort, miejsce parkingowe - bardzo korzystne miejsce.

Cons: Nie jest to niezbędne,, ale przydałaby się jeszcze jedna szafa do apartamentu, 4 osoby mogłyby mieć problem z rozmieszczeniem rzeczy na dłuższy (np. 2 tygodnie) pobyt.

Trotz Baustelle gegenüber, ein schöner Ausblick auf die Stadt von 11. Etage.

Pros: Sehr großerr Smart-TV. Küche war sehr gut. Parken in Tiefgarage und Gepäck direkt mit Aufzug in 11. Etage transportierbar. Mall eine Ecke entfernt.

Cons: Baustelle direkt gegenüber :( Weit zum Meer zu laufen.

Pros: Apartament utilat cu parcare. Curatenie, dotari moderne, parcare subterana, parc in apropriere, aproape de centru si MALL.

Cons: Se lucreaza in zona, santier, zgomot in timpul zilei chiar si Duminica. Nu sint plase pentru tintari la geamuri, geamuri termopan simple care nu izoleaza fonic.
