Modern & Stylish Sea Apartment with Parking

Pros: Excellent location - on a very quiet and calm street just a few steps from the Main Street and the sea garden. Comfortable and nicely furnished. Option for a parking.

Cons: More appliances needed for the kitchen. There is no microwave, no toaster, no grinder, etc. There was only one small pot and a small frying pan that were not enough to comfortably prepare a dinner for a family of four, you can’t even cook pasta.

Ideal location with modern comforts.

Pros: It’s very modern, comfortable and spacious. It’s in a quiet street in the center of the city and 10 minutes from the beach. It also has air conditioning in every room.

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Burgas

Pros: The apartment was incredibly spacious and clean. Once you arrive, the apartment building may seem old, however the flat is very modern, newly furnished and very comfortable. The location is great- a short 5 minute walk to the city centre, restaurants, bars and the sea garden. I could only suggest for the host to leave more blanket options and sheets but we managed just fine with the choice we were given. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Stylishly apartment with quality furniture & appliances. Great location few minutes walking from the Sea Garden and all central places of interest. Spacious place with high ceilings and a lot of places to accommodate all of your luggage. The host was responsive and welcoming.

Cons: The apartment is in reality 1 bedroom + additional living room and separate kitchen. The living room is scarcely furnished, with extendable sofa, serving as a second bed. This could be Ok, if the sofa wasn’t broken down in the middle of the extension. The canal in the bathroom was clogged and we almost flooded the place with a brief bath. The apartment is located on the third floor with NO elevator - could be an issue for some. The free parking is a muddy (in rain) backyard accessible through a private barrier. It is on the basis of first come, first serve, and we we were left with no place to park.

Nicely desingned, furnished and equipped appartment. Parking issues may occur. I wouldn’t rely on this parking.

Pros: The appartment is well designed, furnished and equipped. It’s an perfect place for short and long stays. Few steps from the Sea Garden and the main pedestrian area.

Cons: The parking is not well organized. There is a garden behind the building where the owners of appartments can park their cars, but there are no enough parking lots for everyone. This means that if someone enters with two cars there might be shortage for some owners. Our stay was during a big concert organized in the town and it was a struggle for us to find a parking space inside in the so called parking, nor outside in the paid area. Consider that you might have issues with the parking since there is no desicated parking lot for this specific appartment.

Pros: Alles was schoon en netjes in het huis. Het is op loopafstand van Sea Garden.

Pros: Две години подред отсядаме в апартамента и пак бихме го посетили.

Pros: Много сме доволни от мястото, близко е до центъра и морската градина. Имаше всичко необходимо и е реновиран и стилен апартамент.

Cons: Може да се помисли да се добави микровълнова фурна, това би било плюс.
