Pros: The location is perfect, and the apartment is immaculate. It is great to have a separate kitchen and we particularly enjoyed the stocked up beans to cup coffee machine. Very convenient. The apartment overall is spotless, modern and well-equipped. The bed and the sofa are very comfortable. Great communication with the host, will gladly return. Thank you.

Happy comfort clean cozy

Pros: I was incredibly happy to be there for me the most important thing was that it was warm and there was a good temperature when I arrived and was greeted not only with warmth but lovely comfort and was so happy and every day I woke up with a big smile! I can recommend this place to everyone who wants comfort and modern facilities! will definitely come back one day! thank you so much🙏🏻

Wonderful stay in a local district to get the feeling of life of locals

Pros: The apartment was well-stocked, including all home appliances and supplies for washing, cleaning etc.

Pros: Very nice and well-equipped apartment. A few minutes from the beach and sea garden in Burgas. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. In the kitchen there is a coffee machine with delicious coffee. Very comfortable self-check-in. Good contact with the owner. I definitely recommend it and hope to back again!

Pros: Останавливаюсь тут уже не в первый раз. Район тихий, всё рядом. Апартамент комфортный

Pros: Имаше всичко необходимо. Просторен и чист апартамент. На удобно разстояние, близо до плажа.

Pros: Апартамента е близо до морската градина и плажа. Има всичко необходимо за спокоен престой.

Cons: Неудобно е за паркиране. Навсякъде е зелена зона. Отне ни 2 часа обикаляне да открием платен паркинг.

Great location and comfortable place to stay

Pros: The location is great, just 5 min from the Sea garden. It has all facilities that a family of 4 would need, washing machine, dish washer, etc. There was even tea, coffee, salt, sugar, etc. left in the kitchen. We would love to come back again some day.

Cons: Everything was great with the apartment. The only thing which could be an inconvenience for people with a car is that the whole area Lazur is a paid parking zone from 11am to 8pm and you need to send an sms every hour for 2 lv. This is, of course, not this property’s fault. You can still find some places to park outside of the paid zone (tip - ask the locals). There’s also a SW app which helps with sending an sms each hour so you don’t need to bother.
