Pros: Die Wohnung war nagelneu und ist extrem hochwertig luxuriös eingerichtet, phänomenale Küche, mega-Boxspringbett und edele Couch sowie sehr guter und riesiger Fernseher.

Cons: Momentan ist es noch inmitten einem Neubaugebiet, in dem noch gebaut wird. Das hat noch wenig Flair und kann wochentags tagsüber sicherlich laut sein.

Cons: Auch wenn an dem Baustellen rund um das Appartement - während meinem Aufenthalt - nicht gearbeitet wurde, werden andere Nutzer dieses Glück wohl nicht haben
