Pros: Добре розташування, не далеко до моря, аквапарка, супермаркета Janin, поруч маленькі магазини, ресторани, автобусна зупинка. Наявність пральної машини. Бассейн чистий і не один. Не дивлячись на суворі правила, це на мій погляд добре, щоб не перетворилося все на брудне болото і купу сміття. Дитячий майданчик, маленький тренажерний зал на вулиці.

Cons: Відсутність праски та чайника. Та не дивлячись на наявність кухні, посуду для приготування не було, але \
