Pros: The apartment is spacious and bright with a modern design. The décor and furniture are nice. It was immaculately clean. Niko welcomed us at the gate and showed us the apartment. It's close to the sea, and there is a good restaurant nearby. However, the shops are a bit further away, a 10–15 minute walk.

Pros: Everything was great, very good value for money, walking distance to a quiet beach, it was perfect for us, the owner is very nice person.

Pros: Awesome place for a family retreat. Fabulously furnished and brand new. The host was very kind and attentive.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, nice and comfortable. We especially liked the outside space - a balcony with a large swing and also a garden space with table and chairs that is used exclusively. Our host was very friendly and approachable - answered texts straight away. The beach which is a 5-10min walk from the property is really nice and wasn’t crowded so we enjoyed it very much.

Cons: We didn’t like that you could hear noise from neighbours (nothing crazy but as we are all very light sleepers…) then to be fair they must of heard screaming now and again when our little One got overly excited 😜 Also keep in mind that the area around the property is still being developed and there are building sites in view + shops and amenities are some distance away.

Great place, loved it, will come back

Pros: Very nice place, the host, Niko, is very helpful, the beach is very close. The appartment is tastefuly decorated, very clean and comfortable, the terrace helped. The parking was good, although very busy, there are reserved places for Niko's guests. There is a coffee dispenser in the garden for the guests, I've only seen it before I left - great idea though. There are 2 beaches, a larger one and a smaller one, they are both really close and clean. Fish restaurant on the shore, 2 min away, great place and excelent view. The old town of Nessebar is beautiful, good restaurants and shops, I loved it.

Cons: There are still construction sites in the area, so there's dust and weeds, but from what Niko told us, it should be done within a year. Maybe add a hanger and some small cabinet to the livingroom. It would be helpful for when you come from the beach not to have to leave everything on the floor. The parkings on the peninsula, closest to Nessebar old city are usually pretty busy, so maybe find a parking on the main land. Not a lot of English speakers but they understand and they are helpful.

A relaxing holiday

Pros: The apartment is big, clean, with new furniture and located near the sea and two beaches. Air conditioning in both rooms is good. It has a balcony and a terrace with a table and chairs. We had privacy and silence so we could rest. Niko, the host, was helpful. Sacre restaurant is Ok and is situated at 2 minutes from the villa. Old Nessebar is not too far, if you enjoy walking - 40 minutes on the main road or, more pleasant, through the South beach of Nessebar.

Cons: Nothing important, maybe more cooking utensils and a shelve in the bathroom, near the shower.

Pros: Specific location, because nearby beach is not so good, but in 7 minutes on foot is located amazing South beach of Nesebar (note that exists a nudist part at the edge). Hotels personnel is very friendly, room is clean, big terrace on the ground floor. And cat with kittens 😀

Cons: Nearby beach is specfic and not so good. . No markets in neiborhood

Absolutely Wonderful!

Pros: Loved it!! Only positive things to say about Niko's: it was quiet, very clean, roomy, nicely decorated and comfy. The host is just amazing: he communicated with us via Booking.com for our arrival and met us, explained a bit about the apartment, what to see around the area, had some wonderful recommendations for dinner, and answered our many questions. We booked the deluxe room with the view, and loved to sit on the balcony or couch staring at the ocean. It is not in the middle of town, which is what we were looking for... we wanted a place that was quiet, where we were able to enjoy the view and walk around. We walked to the beach, to the old town Nessebar, bus stops, restaurants, markets, etc. We are so grateful to have come across Niko's Sea View Apartments Deluxe and highly recommend it!
