Great family vacation in very nice modern apartment with terrace
Pros: Fully furnished apartment with easily adjustable sofa to make big second bed - we were there with 2 kindergarten children and it was ok. Biggest advantages are 2balconies - one is actually small terrace with big table and 4chairs and still enough place - both come with nice sea and city views. Safe building with elevator, and with internal swimming pool, in the heart of the city - within 10-20m you have shops, cafe and restaurants. But, at least in June, it was quiet. It comes with private parking place on the street nearby easily accessible even for bigger car, within walking 100m distance to the building. There is a big fridge, washing machine, oven, air conditioning etc - but no dishwasher. The host communicates through chat without problems and gave us lots of advices. The beach is maybe 200-300m from the building. If we come back to Obzor (which I highly recommend as place for families) I will for sure return to this apartment. Thank you for these 10days here!

A great apartment with a excelent view and nice facility
Pros: The apartment is located in the center of the city of Obzor, with access to many terraces, shops and stalls with souvenirs I kept in touch with the owner via WhatsApp. When we arrived, she was waiting for us at a restaurant, after she introduced us to the apartment. (with the help of Google translator as he didn't know much English, but it wasn't a problem) At the same time, she showed us the parking space that turned out to be private, explaining that the space is paid by her as a subscription. The apartment was presented as in the pictures, it was clean and had all the necessary utilities for a week's stay, the apartment was located at the 3rd from 4th floor The view from the balcony over the sea is beyond words. The apartment has 2 balconies, 1 shown in the pictures, the one with the table and one where I found the clothes dryer. A modern apartment located in the city center with a wonderful view I recommend it, it was really nice 👍
Cons: That a negative point would be the heat in the apartment which can be solved with the help of the existing air conditioner in the room and in the living room Also, the noise in the city center can be a negative point (Late at night voices and laughter were heard, but I am not sure if they were from outside or from the neighboring apartments) The level of cleanliness can be insisted on, but overall the apartment was clean As a suggestion: a vacuum cleaner would be useful as the beach sand that I inevitably brought from the beach was more difficult to collect with a broom and dustpan

Excellent
Pros: Bella Vista is a great appartment, very modern and clean, with all the facilities you need. Very close to the beach, with a great sea view and a nice terrace. You can even see the sea from the bed. Supermarkets and many restaurant are just few meters away. Cleaning is made daily and the host is very nice. Obzor is a great location to spend the summer holidays with family. Very quite and relaxing.

Skvělé ubytování.... až na ten rozkládací gauč....
Pros: Čistý apartmán, každodenní úklid. Poloha apartmánu, vyjdete ven a máte hned restaurace, prodej ovoce/zeleniny, supermarket, tretkárny, k moři je to opravdu kousek, pěkné dětské hřiště. Velký čistý bazén, při zákazu koupání v moři kvůli vlnám, což bylo v Obzoru celkem časté, tak skvělá věc. Výtah výborný pomocník při tahání kufrů. Balkon s krásným výhledem na náměstí a moře. Apartmán vypadá opravdu pěkně, také vzhledem k tomu, že je relativně nový. Parkování na vyhrazeném místě kousíček od apartmánu. Jistota, že pokaždé zaparkujete
Cons: Kdybychom cestovali ve dvou lidech, dám hodnocení 10/10. Pokud cestujete ve více lidech, jako my ve čtyřech, celá rodina, tak si moc pohodlí neužijete. Ne kvůli velikosti apartmánu, ta je ideální, ale kvůli rozkládacímu gauči, na kterém se opravdu nevyspíte... V noci vás tlačí výztuže gauče, při každém otočení vrže... Moc nechápu možnost check-in 03:00–18:00, kterou uvádí majitel, když můžete na ubytování až od 15.00

Отличная квартира рядом с морем!
Pros: Отличная квартира рядом с морем! Очень чисто, хорошо оборудовано и в хорошем месте. Пляж всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Хозяин приветливый, всё было идеально. Рекомендую от души!

Pros: V apartmánu Bella Vista se nám moc líbilo. Paní majitelka je skvělá a nápomocná. Ubytování nové, krásně čisté, denní úklid, milý personál.Vybavení parádní.je tam vše. Apartmán se nachází v centru na velice výhodném místě.Vše dobře dostupné.Terasa velliká a je z ní nádherný výhled na moře. Kousek od apartmánu je restaurace Lilia kde je jídlo perfektní. Rádi se k Vám vrátíme. Všem moc doporučuji!

Прекрасен и незабравим!
Pros: Апартамента е прекрасен.Много стилен и направен с много вкус.Собственичката беше изключително любезна и отзивчива за всичко.Апартамента е на страхотно място с невероятна гледка и чудесна тераса за незабравими моменти.Помислено е за всичко необходимо за удобен престой.В сградата има басейн,което беше огромен плюс за нас.Задължително ще го посетим отново.
