A perfect beach getaway—clean, modern, and super convenient location
Pros: The apartment was absolutely spotless, stylishly decorated, and exactly as described. The view from the balcony was stunning and perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location was ideal—just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The living area was spacious and comfortable, and the large TV with Netflix was a great bonus. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay.
Cons: Everything met or exceeded expectations. No complaints at all.

The apartment is a great staying place for enjoying the holiday.
Pros: Excellent apartment equipped with all the necessary facilities for the stay and in addition with amenities for small business responses (printer, high-performance wifi). The apartment is also spacious and equipped with a wide array of functionalities from various modern kitchen appliances to a big TV that provides a great multimedia viewing experience. The owner is a very helpful, communicative person that assisted us during our stay with all necessary requests. The view from the place is beautiful with a great panoramic perspective over the resort area. Furthermore , the distance between the apartment and the beach is short making back and forth trips a breeze.The location of the apartment is also convenient as it provides quick access to various shops and restaurants.

Pros: Amazing apartment very close to the beach and the best restaurant in new Pomorie. We had everything we needed and more than we expected. Coffee, sugar, wine, fully stocked bathroom, spotless everywhere. Great host, nice new building, elevators, street parking, short walk to the beach, AC works well. Perfect week in Bulgaria, we highly recommend this place. Bring a small flashlight because it gets dark in the area at night.

Top quality, clean and welcoming
Pros: Really, there is nothing to add or fix. It was perfect to the smallest details- decorations, kitchen with full appliances and different kind of kitchenware. Everything you need for cooking at home- from dishes and different type of glasses to coffee, sugar, two types salt, corkscrew, vegetable peeler, bottle caps, picnic boxes, water bottles, pizza cutter. I have never seen a better equipped kitchen to offered. The bathroom was stocked with all the essentials - even toothbrush and toothpaste sets, razors with shaving gel, nail files, ear plugs, tissues, washing machine with washing powder. We were very impressed by welcoming compliment from our kind host. Than you, Christian!

Pros: Pomorie. Luxury. We have been traveling around Bulgaria for a week now. We changed several hotels. We arrived at the coast and a surprise awaited us. My very picky wife said in confusion: “There’s nothing to add or fix here...” For the first time we encountered a host who thought of everything! The plumbing is fine! Electricity is ok! Cabinets, doors, shelves, door handles - everything is in order! Beautiful view from the windows. Balcony with rocking chair. With an electric fireplace. Washing machine with built-in dryer. Bath with shower. Coffee machine. Detergents. Compact scanner and copier. All household appliances are in working order and mostly made in Germany. A treat for a tired traveler: a little coffee, a little sugar, salt, honey, thread, needles, a bottle of wine, finally. We didn't want to leave this apartment. Comfort, like in our own apartment. Our rating is 10 out of 5 possible. Christian, thank you!

Amazing place with good hospitality
Pros: Clean , modern and with everything you need. The view was great too and I loved the location. The host was very kind and helpful and checking on us if we needed any thing. I’d stay here next time I visit this city.

Modern and high-quality, clean and welcoming
Pros: Very modern, high-class furniture and equipment, quite different than the usual apartment for tourists in the area. Many different appliances and kitchenware. Very good curtains that block the early morning light. Terrace is very well designed and has a nice view. Very clean apartment and very well-kept common areas and pool. Nice facilities around the pool. Beach is close by, too. Host was very welcoming, making sure that everything is all right.
Cons: Probably the only drawback is the lack of air conditioner in the bedroom, but the one in the living room is powerful enough to serve both rooms without making the living room too cold.

Top Quality, place you want to return to
Pros: We were left with such an impression that it's hard to form it into words. Apartment was welcoming, cozy and clean, everything you'd expect from premium class standard, it was perfected to the smallest details for the comfort of me and the kids. The owner was also very friendly and welcoming, offered to take us to bus station when we were leaving. The positive emotions really makes you want to return there! Would recommend highly.
Cons: Honestly there's nothing we didn't like, everything was perfect.
