Pros: Great complex with many swimming pools and amazing facilities.

Cons: Maybe the fact that there was no washing machine in our apartment, although it was available in our friends' apartment.

Pros: The location is great (just a few minutes away from the beach). The apartment is very comfortable, clean and has almost everything one may need except a coffee maker (otherwise the kitchen is fully equipped). The host was very nice and responded to all question quickly.

Cons: To enter the complex everyone needs a card to go through the gates (security guard won't just let you in). This concept is great if you have the right number of cards. The apartment is up to 4 people. We were 3 adults with only 2 cards. If everyone wants to go to the beach at different time or leave the complex for whatever reason then it becomes an issue. In the description of the property it says that the parking is 20lv per day which is misleading. The cost of the parking is 40lv per 24h -- it is 20lv from 8am to 8pm, and then another 20lv from 8pm until 10am. There is some street parking available near by, so this is not a big deal, but if you rely on the hotel parking it's misleading.
