Pros: The manager and his family is frendly and helpful. The sea is within a short walk. The pool and seeview make a marvellous atmosphere. The apartment (nr.12) is comfortable size, clean and well equipped.

Cons: Smaller renovation works needed in apartment12.

Perfect vacation

Pros: A perfect place to stay. The studio apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were very kind and the communication went so smooth. Amazing location and close to the beach. We will definitely stay here again.

Pros: Well equipped, clean and cosy apartments.Location is great - a quite place near Apolonia beach.Close to Sozopol and supermarket (Lidl).Polite and helpful staff.Restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is small but enough for some relaxing moments:).

Overall, it was a good time at the nice place with the good Host!

Pros: Very nice, professional host. The Host is also the owner. The Host welcomed us upon arrival. Explained and shared other valuable information. The location is in very nice small bay, outside of the busy touristic area. There is a small grocery shop around and plenty of restaurants on a beach, within 10 min walk. The apartment booked appeared to be big enough to accommodate two kids + 2 adults and our guests who visited us on one of the days.

Cons: The apartment does not have a washing machine and the Host kindly helped with the laundries. Another point: the apartment had only one A/C unit and it seems like this one unit is NOT sufficient to cool down the apartment. I think it is a good idea to upgrade the facilities and install one more a/c unit for the next season.

We had a great vacation there, it was very peaceful and quite, and amazing sea view.

Pros: We enjoyed the spacious apartment that had a second level where we could sleep. The kitchen was very well equipped with all cooking tools, coffee machine and microwave. It's 5 minutes away from a supermarket, so it was easy for us to reach out for food supplies. The pools was great, the kids enjoyed it a lot. It is 10-15 min walking to the beach and 10 min by car to Sozopol city center.

Pros: Apartament był wygodny, czysty, wymieniono nam pościel i dano świeże ręczniki podczas pobytu. Bardzo fajny basen z czyściutką wodą, do plaży ok 600m, blisko do małego sklepiku, a jak ktoś potrzebuje większe zakupy to niedaleko jest dobrze zaopatrzony lidl. Do starego miasta ok 2 km spokojnego spacerku.

Pros: Удобно разположение, близо до плажа. Изключително кокетно и спретнато местенце. Осигурено всичко необходимо за престоя. Тихо и спокойно вечер.

Cons: Единствено стаята на децата - чиста и спретната, но изключително малка и тясна.
