Pros: The host was very timely in answering all our questions and requests (extra sheets, invoice, indications etc.) The kitchen, overall apartment and building are all basically new. The location is about 10.15 min away from the beach, so there is no noise at night. They allowed pets.

Cons: It is just a personal preference, but the bed was softer than I would prefer. Those with bad backs understand :)
