Pros: Близо до плажа, чисто е в апартамента, има почти всичко необходимо, както е описано.

Cons: Няма кабелна телевизия, работеше само един канал - бнт1. Няма комарници на нито един прозорец или врата, един сапун за двама с размери на хотелските, 2 тоалетни хартии и това е всичко в банята като тоалетни принадлежности, чували за боклук нямаше само тези на кошовете, но за 5 дни няма как с тях. Ютията тече и е захабена. Пералня няма, но не беше и включена, само казвам за следващите посетители. Крушката в коридора беше изгоряла. Като цяло иначе е добре.

Pentru un sejur de cateva zile este in regula. Raport calitate / pret, BUN

Pros: - Locatia este la 100m de plaja; - Personalul foarte amabil; - De la o doamna draguta am primit informatii exacte cu privire la orice intrebare pusa de mine; - Apartamentul se afla intr-o zona linistita noaptea. - Magazine alimentare in apropiere. - In apropiere, mici restaurante cu mancare foarte gustoasa si preturi corecte pentru o statiune.

Cons: - La patul din dormitor se simt toate arcurile; - Pe canapeaua din living se doarme, practic, pe o saltea de 5 cm grosime. Total incomoda! - Apartamentul necesita niste investitii minime: de lipit o plinta de la parchet, mici retusuri ale peretelui, mici reparatii la mobilier, ... - Parcarea este la aproximativ 300m (dar asta nu este vina celor de la Dune Residence) si costa 20 leva (adica 10 Euro) / zi.
