Kaya Apartments

Pros: We stayed in an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment was spacious, featuring a nice balcony with a partial sea view. The internet connection worked well. The best aspect of the apartment is undoubtedly its location – directly next to the beach and right in the very center of Sunny Beach. Literally, all attractions are within walking distance. We parked in the lot behind the hotel, which is operated separately and charged extra. It is usually quite full, so it’s worth arriving earlier to secure a spot. Note: the apartment is not cleaned daily. However, housekeeping comes every day to take out the trash, sweep the bathrooms, and approximately every two days they provide fresh towels.

Cons: A detail to be aware of is the bathroom design – the shower is not separated from the toilet or the rest of the bathroom, so after showering the entire bathroom, including the toilet area, becomes wet. If you are sensitive to noise, you may want to look for accommodation further from the center. Music from nightclubs and the amusement park could be heard around the clock and quite noticeably. The television only worked occasionally. There is no safety deposit box in the apartment

Fantastic apartment and location shame about the noise

Pros: The location is fantastic, we had a one bedroom apartment that looked over the beach for miles, beautiful. The apartment is on the strip with plenty of restaurants, shops, bars, supermarkets and two minute walk to the beach. The apartment has everything you need and was clean. The towels are changed every two days and the bins, the cleaning ladies are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: The apartment is located directly across from the Viking Beach Bar and the first night the music went on until 5.30 in the morning. Granted the music is excellent and it is great to see people enjoying their holiday, however, this went on every night. By night 3 we got ear plugs which helped, however, we were exhausted in the day time. In fairness you could stay on the balcony with a few drinks and have a great time without paying into the club, that's if you don't need sleep.

Pros: The stay was excellent. Extremely friendly staff, very clean and well equipped apartment, very good location, close to the beach, plus parking. Many shops and terraces nearby. We will definitely come back.

Excellent value for nightlife and beach & amenities, few points would make it outstanding

Pros: The location of the property to all the action was easy access, good view, not too noisy, right on the beach, large bedrooms, plenty of storage. Towels smelt lovely, and were very clean, the apartment was very spotless. Someone came in and emptied bins (toilet/kitchen) everyday - towels changed every 2 days - had all the equipment if staying long term. Would stay again as great location, just a few details that would have made it 5 out of 5, but would recommend to anyone to go.

Cons: No blind on bathroom window in one of the wet room apartments over the road would be able to see in if occupied, as overlooked- the wet room in bedroom one was not working properly. The shower in wetroom 2 went everywhere, had to remove all toilet paper as it got wet first shower we had. Bath towels are a bit small. Beds are quite uncomfortable. No TV in bedroom (not the end of the world as was out). Needed more pillows as only 1 extra pillow was available. No safe (which I think should be included, even if it incurs a small fee to use), Sea view obscured, did think that we would have a better view, as opted for a seaview room but was side seaview. Shame 2 apartments weren't near each other. Our friends had a great view on the 5th Floor, but said they incounted some problems with the shower leaking

Apartman with amazing location and great see view

Pros: Nice, clean and confortable apartment, with 2 bathrooms, ideal for family of 5 people. Kitchen, washing mashine, iron, air conditioners, fridge. Very helpful and friendly manager. Fantastic location and see view, the see, shops, promenade, amusing park, port, see attractions is next to the building or in walking distance.

Cons: Noisy area, but windows are well soundproofed, and we could sleep without problems. No separated shower in the bathrooms, the water splashes everywhere during the shower, and entire bathroom needs to be cleaned after each usage-> but I assume, it is standard layout of bathrooms there.

Pros: Immediately to the beach and very welcoming hostess. She also helped out with transfer from train station in Burgas, even though it was delayed and arrived around 23:30. She waited for us and welcomes us.

Cons: The noise on the evening. But this was expected when you’re close up to Sunny Beach nightlife

Great short stay in sunny beach

Pros: Very central with lots of places to eat drink and entertainment just outside the entrance. There were 2 bathrooms in the 2 bed apartment we had which had a small kitchen with 2 ring hob microwave fridge. The balcony was large with a sea view.

Pros: Located at the beach front and resort center, the place is close to everything needed. Supermarket, fast food, restaurants and resort shopping, such as beach ware, accessories and clothes are immediately available downstairs. Beach bars and live music are also right there. We had a nice terrace with side view to the beach. The stuff at the reception are polite and helpful. There is also a paid parking in the back of the building.
