Pros: Apartamenti tīri,moderni,tiko pēc remonta,laba skaņas izolācija,gulta ļoti ērta.Ir pārtikas veikals zem apartamentiem,blakus restorāni,5 min. attālumā dārzeņu un augļu tirdziņš,priežu mežs.Baseins ir,bet nedaudz tālāk no dzīvokļa,pāri ielai. Skats no balkona uz jūru fantastisks. Saimnieki izpalīdzīgi,tiek nodrošināts bezmaksas transfērs,kas ir ļoti būtiski, ņemot vērā dārgās taxi izmaksas.

Cons: Sabiedriskais transports nekursē bieži,1x stundā. Auto stāvvietas praktiski nav pieejamas. Uz un no jūras jāmēro diezgan liela kāpšana,jo apartamenti atrodas kalna augšā.
