Good apartment

Pros: The building was very nice and modern and the apartment felt the same. It has all the things you need and the bed was really comfortable, it even has a small balcony. Also the airco worked really well and was already on when we arrived, which was amazing.

Cons: The washer dryer combination was dirty and our clothes didnt smell fresh after using it. Also everytime you shower the whole bathroom is wet, which is really uncomfortable.

Pros: Location, practicality and acomplishment created by the owner.

Cons: There was an unanounced about a deposit of 100 Eur, which came only after booking. Rentier may have b not noticed this post booking notification in the course of his travelling enroute. K

very good stay in a small but very well equipped studio

Pros: a beautiful studio in a new building, very well equipped, (enough kitchen equipment), clean, with a nice view from the little balcony. centrally located in a calm street.

Perfect location, great apartment.

Pros: Great location. Nice, well equipped and clean apartment. Excellent communication. Complimentary Nescafe/tea bags were a nice surprise.

Excellent apartment BUT you have to pay a deposit via PayPal to get check-in information

Pros: It's a terrific little apartment in a great and quiet location. The bed was comfy; wifi worked well; the TV was enormous and had many English-speaking programmes and access to Youtube, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, and it was a bonus to have a washing machine and dryer. If it had been available after my three days, I'd definitely have stayed longer. My deposit was returned quickly after I'd left.

Cons: I hated this place soon after I'd booked it as it turned out the small print says you have to pay a deposit via Paypal 7 days before. I booked the day before and don't have Paypal. I tried to get the owner to cancel the booking, but he didn't want to. I wasted ages trying to contact him and booking.com to see what my options were. It was made more time-consuming as I wasn't able to message the owner via WhatsApp (he insisted I use booking.com) and booking.com's system doesn't allow me to use the message facility. So each time I wanted to make contact, I had to go to email, find the original booking, find a link to the accommodation's email, send an email, and then keep checking email to see if I had a reply. Eventually, thankfully, the owner agreed I could pay the deposit by bank transfer, but I had to stop work and waste time to go through the palaver over what the bank account was, find a way to pay, and then make the transfer. Hours later, I finally got the check-in information. It spoilt my last day in Nessebar having to waste time just to arrange to stay in the apartment.

Fabulous studio in the heart of Varna

Pros: Excellent studio apartment in the heart of Varna - comfortable, stylish and had everything we needed. The bed was really good and we slept very well - there were long double curtains so it was dark enough, even during the day if you need to rest. Bathroom was fab , nice shower, plenty of hot water and good pressure. The communication with the owner was great, the instructions very clear and with attention to detail. We will definitely come again when in Varna!

Tolle Wohnung in Varna

Pros: Tolle Wohnung, geräumig, topsauber, modern und komfortabel, gute Lage in der Nähe der Kathedrale eingangs der Fußgängerzone. Es war alles hervorragend.

Cons: Etwas unangenehm war die Aufforderung, nach dem Buchen (und auch bereits nach dem Bezahlen) 100€ Kaution über Paypal zu bezahlen, was wir zunächst für eine gefälschte Nachricht gehalten haben, da man bei einer Buchung über Booking.com die Bezahlung ja über das Portal abwickelt. Die unpersönlich standardisierten Antworten auf Nachfragen mit der Aufforderung, einen Link zum Checkin anzuklicken, haben das Vertrauen in die Sicherheit der Kommunikation nicht gerade verbessert. In der Annahme, vor Ort diese Dinge abwickeln zu können, standen wir schließlich da ohne Informationen zum Einlass. Im Nachhinein wurde die solchermaßen ungern überwiesene Kaution dann rasch zurückerstattet.

Pros: Страхотно място, лесен достъп, локацията е доста удобна на 2 крачки от фонтана и катедралата. В апартамента има всичко необходимо за престой /кухня, ел уреди и тн/

Top City-Oase

Pros: Super Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Ideale Verkehrsanbindung an die öffentlichen Stadtbusse, auch sind die Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie Stadtstrände, Strandbars und Meeresgarten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern und sehr sauber, für Selbstversorger auch voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile, das Bett super bequem. Anfragen an den Gastgeber werden sehr schnell beantwortet. Bei meiner sehr kurzfristigen Buchung auch professionelle Abwicklung der erforderlichen Kautionszahlung über Paypal und zeitgerechte problemlose Kautionserstattung.

Cons: Eigentlich nichts [außer dass der Föhn keine Kaltstufe hat] (;-)

Pros: Замечательная студия со всем необходимым, удобная как для короткого, так и для длительного пребывания. Все чистое, красивое, комфортное. Отличное месторасположение, прекрасный вид из окна, очень внимательные и доброжелательные хозяева. Удобная кровать.
