We enjoyed our time with the pool and beach nearby. The views from our rooms were beautiful.

Pros: Our host was very welcoming and responsive. Our rooms were quiet, clean and well appointed. Parking was easy to find. Services were close-by.

Pros: The apartment itself is ok (even though it could be cleaner - the floor is clearly not cleaned as it should be) The residence is very big (and we knew it ahead) and is not aligned to our usual standard but we knew it ahead (we stayed there one night before our real stay in Varna started) The facility manager you interact with is very welcoming, maintaining a very positive conversation during the entire stay.

Cons: The residence itself is not well maintained.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at Summertime in Varna South Bay Beach Residence! The two-bedroom apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All the necessities were thoughtfully provided, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The view was simply wonderful — waking up and enjoying the scenery every day was one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment was also very cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxing. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Pros: Много чист апартамент, с всичко от което има нужда човек. Домакините бяха много коректни. Бързо настаняване. Много удобна локация. Тихо и спокойно място. Прекрасна гледка. Препоръчвам!

Pros: - Wir haben eine teurere Wohnung mit besseren Ausblick aufs Meer bekommen. - Wir haben früher die Möglichkeit bekommen, einzuchecken. - Schöner Wohnungskomplex mit dem Pool im Hof. - Wohnung ist mit neuen Fliesen und neuem Parkett ausgelegt. - Bügeleisen + Bügelbrett + Waschmaschine vorhanden. - 2 Märkte unten geöffnet 7 Tage bis späteren Zeiten. - Auf dem Strand paar Restaurants mit gutem Essen. - Bushaltestelle Richtung Stadt gleich ums Eck.

Cons: - Von der Kaffeemaschine läuft Wasser aus. - Vom Bügeleisen läuft Wasser aus. - Letzte 2 Tage kein warmes Wasser. - Schmutzige Tassen und Besteck im Schrank. - Putzsachen (Wischmop, Eimer...) überall in der Wohnung aufgeteilt. - Nur 2 Toilettenpapierrollen vorhanden (2 Personen/5 Tage).
