City Apartments La Casa

Pros: Very nice apartment in the Greek quarters of Varna, very close to the center and to the beautiful seaside gardens. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures, has a nice bedroom and living area, large TV. There are appliances in the kitchen - toaster, water heater, microwave, stove and oven. It's a good value for money stay.

Cons: The building itself is probably old, there is a strange unpleasant smell which sometimes can be felt in the apartment. Also, it could be cleaned more thoroughly (balcony). Some items in the kitchen are worn out - pots and boards.The net connection is unstable.

Top central location

Pros: Great location right in the centre, walking distance from the beach and from all the nice bars/ restaurants. Plenty of space in the flat, with everything necessary even for a longer stay.

Cons: There is a loud air conditioner next to the balcony which constantly makes noise, probably it’s the case just in hot weather. To avoid hearing it you’d need to close the bedroom’s window. There’s also a bit of mouldy smell, which with everything open was okay, but if you like to stay with windows shut and have a strong sense of smell might be unpleasant.

Perfection for exploring! The location of this place was absolutely fantastic.

Pros: Perfection for exploring! The location of this place was absolutely fantastic. Being right in the heart of the city meant everything I needed was just steps away. Restaurants, shops, cafes, attractions - I could find it all within a short walk. It was a perfect base for venturing out and exploring all the city has to offer, without the hassle of long commutes or relying on public transportation all the time.

Cons: The only inconvenience was having just one key for the building door, especially since the intephone wasn't working.

Pros: The apartment is close to the beach,city center. you can find private parking near the house-12 BGN per day. The owner of the apartment is friendly.

Four days in Varna

Pros: Everything was just perfect. The flat, brand new with all the necessary equipment for someone to live with all the comforts. Nice bathroom and amazing shower. Very comfy bed and great place to chill. Close to the center,.close to the beach and next to a big market for supplies. Safe and quiet place to relax. This place is a gem. And the owner as well. 😊

The apartment is nicely decorated, well equipped, cozy atmosphere and exceptionally clean.

Pros: Great location in the center of the city, just near the central pedestrian alley with a lot of choices for restaurants and coffee shops. Also it is 10 minutes by foot to the beach. Communication with owner very easy and helpful. The apartment has everything you need . Great place, very clean. Wonderful experience. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Pros: Excellent location, the apartment was nicely decorated and exceptionally well equipped! And extremely clean! The host had clearly thought about the needs of their guests. Communication with the host was also excellent. Highly recommended

Pros: Really nice apartment with comfortable bed and sofa-bed. It's very well located and quite close to the beach.

Great stay in very good location

Pros: Very good location, good sized for a couple (and a dog), a big plus is the pet friendly option. Good and prompt communication with the owners, we needed something and they came right away to attend to our needs. Close to all important shops, hotels and the beach.
