FS Apartments - Family apartment in the top center of Varna

Great stay at the heart of the city center close to the sea garden

Pros: The host was very kind, we had a good communication, he was really helpful and answering our questions and requests (baby cot etc.). The location of the apartment is amazing - right next to the main pedestrian street and the central beach, bars, restaurants, the sea garden, shops. But at the same time, the apartment was quiet although it was situated on the first floor. Everything was new and the apartment was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The keys are collected from a box with a code and are left back there so we didn't meet anyone in person. There are two pairs of keys which is really helpful. Comfortable beds and pillows.

Cons: There was no balcony which for me is important when we are at the seaside, because there is no place to put the wet towels and swimming suits to dry up. The door of the apartment was super complicated to open, for that a card is used and not a key and there is a special technique to open it. After talking with the host over the phone he explained how to do it and it was ok. There were several other complicated things which require explanations to figure it out and for older people it is a bit difficult. There is no elevator in the building but the apartment is on the first floor so not a problem even with a stroller. There are just a few steps between the main entrance of the building and the apartment front door. The living room has just a little bit of natural light but this is not an issue for us as we were out during the days. If you arrive by car, note that the central area around the apartment is paid zone.

Pros: Cozy apartment right in the center of Varna. Lots of bars restaurants around the supermarket just round the corner. Powerful Air-conditioners. Comfy beds everything was superb

Pros: Great apartment with everything you need. Located in the best location in town.

Pros: Le confort, la décoration, la position centrale de l'appartement mais aussi la grande disponibilité du propriétaire qui a très bien et très rapidement réagit quand nous avons eu un problème avec le coffre.

Cons: Le manque d'informations concernant l'utilisation des matériels comme le lave linge et le service pourrait être amélioré en plaçant de la documentation touristique locale ( plans de la ville, visite en ville possibles, localisation des magasins pour l'approvisionnement...)

Pros: Prima locatie in beste deel van Varna. Schoon en slim ingericht met heel veel spulletjes zoals waterkoker, koffie, keukengerei, paraplu, badartikelen, echt top! Ook contact met Peter was snel en goed.

Cons: Enige minpuntje is dat er geen buiten is zoals een balkon. Maar het is op de begane grond en je staat binnen 5 min lopen op het strand of in het prachtige park vlakbij. Toplocatie!

Pros: Перфектна локация, любезни и отзивчиви домакини! Просторно и чисто!

Pros: Апартаментът е чудесно обзаведен, уютен, много чист, удобен, функционален, има всичко необходимо. Освен уреди като миялна, пералня итн, има и препарати за тях, подроности от рода на плажно масло, спрей против комари итн не липсват. Леглата са изключително удобни. Всичко е на ниво. Хазяинът е непрекъснато на разположение, отговори на всичките ни въпроси, предложи помощ. Беше изключително отзивчив и полезен. Имах проблеми с паркинга, които той без да се колебае разреши и много ни помогна.

Pros: Best location in Varna, the apartment has all the amenities of a home and is very clean, modern and everything is brand new. It has many little things to make you feel at home including a dishwasher, washing machine, cookware and lots of TV channels. Definitely recommend for your trip.
