Ok

Pros: The location, self check-in independent from host, good communication and quick reaction of the host.

Cons: When we arrived (11 pm) the water heater was switched off and there was no hot water. The air conditioner in the bedroom did not react to the remote control and there were no buttons to switch it off manually. There were not enough bed linen for the second bed (we wanted to use it for my young daughter). All issues were resolved immediately when I contacted the host on next morning.
