Pros: It was clean. Beautiful apartment. Nice and cosy athmosphere.

Cons: There was a washing machine but no detergent. The person who I was in contact with for questions did not answer instantly but I needed to wait. When I communicated the previous problem with him he didnt offer a solution. The glasses and cutlery were not so clean. There was no hanger for the two towels in the bathroom. Overall the maintaining firm is not doing a very good job in my opinion, but the apartment itself is awesome and it is visible that the owner put a great efford in making it nice.

Pros: Проживали в Jasmin с 06.03 по 09.03. Нас встретили возле дома (встреча была заранее оговорена по телефону). Сразу показали паркинг (входит в стоимость), т.к. мы прибыли на авто. В этом р-не если вы на автомобиле, о парковке думайте серьезно, просто так по близости поставить невозможно. Александр быстро, доступно показал и объяснил все детали по квартире. Квартира со свежим ремонтом, вся техника практически новая. Белье, посуда, все в достатке.
