Great location and interior, small issues with the bathroom

Pros: The location is top-notch. The interior is also great. The lady I communicated with over the phone was really polite and helpful. We even had the chance for early check-in and late check-out, which I highly appreciate. The balcony is really nice and peaceful.

Cons: The bedroom and the kitchen were divided by a corridor, which was shared with other rooms, owned by other people. Overall, I think there was someone else there only once or twice, so it wasn’t a big issue. The issue we had was with the bathroom. It is quite small and if you are not careful, you can flood the kitchen. Also, there is no air-conditioner in the bedroom, which might be an issue if you are visiting during the summer.

Pros: The studio was very well furnished and the location was great.

Cons: Note that there is no elevator and it's quite a climb. For us was okay, we did not had much luggage. Also note that the hallway is a shared space, someone else uses the other rooms. To go from the sleeping room to the main room (with bathroom) you have to go through shared space. Also there is airco in the main room, but not in the sleeping room. But the couch is quite a comfy bed so one of us slept there in the cool, and the other in the hotter sleeping room.

Amazing location

Pros: The interior is really nice, cozy, clean and comfortable. The location is 2 min walking from the center and 6-8 from Varna sea garden and the beach - far enough from all the noise but close enough to the walking zone. It has paid privet parking nearby, a grocery shop and ton of restaurants. The train station is like 15 min walking. It's nice for 2-3 days stay, have everything necessary. It have sockets on strategical places like next to the sofa, table, bed, on the balcony! 🤩

Cons: Since is in the center all around is a blue parking zone which is paid per hour/s and almost impossible to find a place to park even if you agree with the fee (pointing it because I didn't know about it before we arrive). The living room and the bedroom are separated from a hallway and basically a shared space with another resident so you need to lock the 2 doors every time when you plan to stay longer in another room or shower, or sleep etc. Which wasn't really issue just was surprising. The bathroom is really small and the door don't really close so some water leaking when you take a shower.

Pobyt bardzo udany, jestem zadowolona.

Pros: Obiekt bardzo czysty. Posiadał wszystko czego potrzeba na krótki pobyt. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Wszędzie blisko.

Cons: Jedyny minus to bardzo mała łazienka.

Pros: Посещавам това място за четвърти или пети път.В доста отношения е подновено и подобрено.Тихо, спокойно , сигурно място, в комуникативен район.Отлична хигиена и удобства.Много точни и съдействащи домакини.Спалнята е в коридор на 2 метра от дневната, но това въобще ни ми пречи.Има и удобна, уютна тераса с люлка на нея.

Cons: Няма нещо което да не ми харесва.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.

Pros: Das Studio ist sehr sauber und trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig gelegen. Anliegen werden umgehend beantwortet und selbst Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer und ein Föhn sind zu finden.

Cons: Eine mobile Kochplatte wäre gut gewesen.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja. Przytulne, ładnie urządzone mieszkanie z balkonem. Wszystko czego potrzeba na dostępne na miejscu

Cons: Единственото неудобство беше, че се правеше ремонт на стълбището на сградата, но това е временно и положително всичко ще стане по-хубаво и чист.
