Great accommodation for the right people

Pros: It's a great space and is located close to the city centre and the beach. Despite the comments blow, which are to make sure the right people rent this great value property, i did like the flat and the area.

Cons: 4 floors up a staircase with no lift. If you plan on getting drunk be warned, the railings around the stairs are just above knee height. The bedroom is open plan onto the lounge so it's best suited to a single or a fit couple. Talking of fit, the bed is Japanese style as in it's on the floor. And the stairs to the sleeping area within the flat would benefit a spanner and some wood glue to stop the creeking. There is also a local venue playing loud music till 11pm, but not on Sundays.
