Guesthouse Phoenix

Could do it again.

Pros: Phoenix does not offer breakfast, and it is clear in the offer. Exellent location, friendly owner (owners representative). Clean and neat facility.

Cons: Not a relevant question.

Pros: The location is verry close to the beach , just a few minutes walk; close to the main street were You ll Haven lots of restaurants / fast food . cleaning is taken to a new level, the room was shining when we arived and was cleand regullary trough out the stay. you haven hair driers , iron , watter heaters and more stuff avalible on the hallway , even free Candy :) . the room is nice and big and IT has a verry generous balconeys, a small fridge , a TV with bg stations, Air con .

Amazing stay, great location

Pros: The studio was lovely and specious, cleanliness was up to very high standards. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The location is great too- close to the beach and the town centre.

Cons: The large hotel next to the property has a live show every night and this affects the peace and quiet of the whole area.

Pros: The room and the whole guesthouse were excellently furnished and spotless clean. The room was very spacious with a big balcony with a great view of the mountain. Everyday the housemaid cleaned the room and the bathroom. The guesthouse is near the central beach.

Cons: The only drawback I can share is that the drainage of the bathroom was clogged and when you shower the water drains very slowly.

Great stay, no complaints

Pros: Very clean and close to the beach. Owner of the guesthouse very polite. She let us check in way earlier than the check in time and stored our luggage before that so that we can walk around, because we have arrived too early.

Pros: Amazing location, spacious room, wonderful view! The staff is very friendly as well.

Cons: The property itself is absolutely amazing, however the loud music coming every night from the large hotel near by was very unpleasant but there is not much that one can do about it.

Pros: Чудесна къща. Първото, което прави впечатление е чистотата, която е навсякъде. Любезната домакиня е създала отлични условия за своите гости. Голяма стая и балкон. Почиства се всеки ден. Плажа е на две минути, центъра на пет, всичко е лесно достъпно. Безплатен паркинг. Първото място, където бихме се върнали отново. Благодаря!

Cons: Четири дни усилено търсихме, но не открихме. )))

Pros: Много чисто място с добра локация, просторна и удобна стая. Домакините са много любезни. Останахме доволни от престоя, пак бихме отседнали тук.

Cons: Вечер има шум от съседен хотел, но ако са затворени прозорците, няма проблем.
