Great value for money

Pros: The proximity with everything and cleanliness of the house. The host was really nice and understanding.

Excellent space for staying in Sozopol. Rooms are artsy and comfortable.

Pros: It’s an excellent option if you are staying for 2-3 nights. 1) really clean 2) rooms are really artsy and comfortable 3) enough space 4) really calm neighbourhood but also an excellent location 5) kitchen for using

Cons: There is nothing that I didn’t like but there are several stuff that needs to be taken in order if you are planning to stay there. 1) our room was on first floor so you could hear all the time people coming in or leaving the house. I guess you wouldn’t have this problem if you are on the second floor. 2) the curtains were really light and didn’t cover anything. If you are easily irritated by the sun or lights then you need to use an eye cover. 3) AC and the fridge, especially the fridge are quite noisy. Fridge is next to the bed. 4) mini shower - bidet thing in the toilet on the first floor is kinda confusing if you are not used to it because I accidentally used the soap several times and then switched on the shower which made the whole toilet in water. I was just always forgetting that it’s not a sink for washing your hands even tho there is a sink and soap. Also for some bigger people, toilet might feel really small and tiny. Toilet and shower are separated. I’m used to tiny toilets so not a problem but for some people might be.

Pleasant, cosy and at a perfect location.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at Hei Taka. The property was very homely and cosy, the room had everything you need. The room and other facilities were kept neat and clean. The host was very friendly and approachable, and had send us thorough instructions pre-arrival. We would certainly come back for another stay!

Cons: NIL

Pros: It is a very nice place with a very cozy room (refrigerator and air conditioning in the room) with a balcony. The bathroom was shared between two rooms on one floor. The place is very close to the beach (5min walk) and the city center (max 10min walk). A good bakery and a small but very well-equipped grocery store is 1min walk away. Check-in is automatic, there is no contact with the staff.

Cons: I have no major reservations, I would have preferred a private bathroom, the air conditioner could have been quieter, but it must be said that the price was affordable.

Pros: It was lovely place! room was cozy and it felt like home. owner was really nice and helpful. Hole place was covered in art. I highly recommend this place

Pros: comfy, clean and well maintained; everything there is artistic and kept with good taste and attention to detail <3 the location is perfect (new town, but very close to the main beach and the old town), the owner (naïve art painter) seems to put her whole heart into running this guest house and we found her warm welcoming but professional - just a perfect combination; the beds and pillows were super comfortable, we felt like at home there

Pros: House is so inspirational. Very unique, comfortable and creative. All amenities are excellent. We will definitely be back:)
