A really friendly place for vacation

Pros: The gentleman is such a nice person, always friendly, the garden is beautiful, my apartment was cozy and with everything we needed. Also, on the second or third day, it was cleaned. pleasure.

Cons: Some of the guests are noisy.

Pros: here is very soulful in Bulgarian, very clean rooms and the hotel itself, the owner will solve any questions immediately, the sea view is beautiful, if you are looking for a quiet family comfortable holiday this will be the best choice, it is very quiet here. thank you for the welcome, we hope to definitely come back again!

7 days in Sveti Vlas

Pros: It was a really nice vacation in Sveti Vlas. The room looks exactly as it is on photos. The guesthouse is very clean everywhere. The kitchen is well equipped. The view from the balcony is incredible. Hospitable hosts, always ready to help with everything. The central beach is a 15-minute walk away, but the way back will take a little longer, as you have to go uphill. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

great value for money

Pros: This is a warm place, the rooms were spacious and clean, they overlook the sea - excellent view. The host was very friendly, he made sure everybody feels at home. He even gave my friends fruits. I booked this place for my friends who came 1 day after me. There is a kitchen on the ground floor that guests can use, fully equipped, so if you don't book the room with its own kitchen you can still prepare food here. There is a fridge as well in every room. I liked this place a lot.

Cons: It is not about me but if you can walk with difficulty this place is not for you as you have to walk up a hill to get there. The beach is about 15 minutes walk from here for people who have no problems with their legs.

Best value for the money

Pros: Value for the money, this is a short but true statement. The room was big, had enough for us as a family, plus a really big balcony. Maybe I should have started with the fact that the hosts are very friendly, we were offered the best peaches and other fruits directly from the garden. And the grandfather of the host is the most friendly and nice man!

Cons: Some of the details of the room need some attention, like the bathroom door which wasn't closing.

Pros: Apartman je veoma lep, čist i uredan. Divni vlasnici apartmana koji su nas srdačno dočekali. :) A posebno smo uživali na terasi sa neverovatnim pogledom na more i grad. Hvala vam i vidimo se naredne godine! ❤️

Уютно и тихо място за семейна почивка

Pros: Къщата беше невероятно чиста и със красива градина . Домакините са много любезни ,а апартамента в който бяхме настанени беше повече от чудесен. С отделна спалня за нас и хол с кухня,имахме посуда за хранене,хладилници-2 както и микровълнова , огромна тераса на която се излиза и от двете помещения с красива гледка към морето. Нямахме само пералня ,но домакина беше готов да ни съдейства при нужда .През целия ни престой нито веднъж някой не наруши спокойствието ни със силна музика или друг вид шумове .

Cons: Ако може да се нарече минус това , че е малко далеч пеша от плажа, но може да се ходи и с кола . На централния плаж имаше паркинг който струваше 10 лв за целия ден и беше много удобно да паркираме там .

Pros: Очень доброжелательный хозяин. Помогут с решением всех вопросов.
