Pros: The place is situated in a very convenient location. Basically the center of the city, literally 5 minutes from the beach, from the train station and from the sea garden. It will be hard to find a better location.

Cons: The only thing that I didn't like that much was that the bathroom and the shower are shared with the other guests, but they were very clean and comfortable so I can't say that this was necessarily something negative.

Pros: I'd like to leave a review. The room is spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning. Shower with good water pressure and any heat. Everything is clean, keys are in a box with a code. Free to leave and pass when needed. The location of the hotel is very convenient - 10 minutes from the sea. Thank you ❤️

Pros: The location was amazing, just a few minutes from the beach; it was clean and comfortable. Would come back again!

Pros: The location was amazing, everything was a short walk away. The rooms were great and clean and it was nicely decoraded. Theres a Tv, a kitchen with a dishwasher, we went there for only a day for a half-marathon with some friends and plan to visit again the summer. It was very excellent 👌

Cons: There was only one bathroom and one shower for the whole floor and when you plan to shower tou have to coordinate, especially if the majority are women after a marathon 😂😂

Great location, nice service

Pros: great location very close to the beach 5 minutes walk and to the center of Varna to the Cathedral 15 minutes. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Very nice and helpful service. in this place you can really feel the atmosphere of Varna.

Pros: I like the location, the staff is friendly endly and understanding hosts.

Cons: The door to the toilet doesn't close, and Wi-fi doesn't work in the bedroom. (Studio)

Pros: The location was perfect, close to the beach and the center, and at the same time in a very quiet street. The room was spacious, with a sitting area and a sink, which was great considering shared bathroom. The level of cleanliness was excellent too! I liked that there was a small patio with a table outside (I stayed on the ground floor).

Cons: Not a criticism to the property at all, as the shared facilities were in a great and clean condition! I just would have liked other guests to try to leave them in the same condition and think about others more :)

Very pleasant accomodation with excellent location

Pros: The biggest bonus for this accomodation is its location. 300 m far from beach, 200 from sea garden, two steps to small shops. Also very next is Varna downtown, full of restaurants. 200 m to see nice Aquarium. Rooms are clean and fully equipped. Air condition, refrigerator and cattle for hot water available.

Cons: The flat is already older, impossible to close door to toilet.

Pros: Comfortable beds, big room, totally equipped room, close from the beach

Cons: Try to find a way where to put the toilet paper so it would not get wet when other guests shower
