Pros: Everything was clean and tidy. It's a big house with spacious rooms and lovely balconies. The location was just in the middle of the old town, surrounded by places to visit and eat.

Cons: No complaints

Nice Location, Simple Apartment

Pros: The location is very central in the Old Town, and close to the edge so that it was easy to access without needing to drive through the narrow streets. We were there in low season so most businesses were closed but we found a restaurant, cafe and mini market nearby. The apartment was basic and clean; no frills but we didn't expect any.

Cons: We noticed most bathrooms in Bulgaria have a smell so it's not new here. We needed to vent the place quite a lot to make it a bit more tolerable on the main floor.

Lovely house in a perfect location - great for family holidays.

Pros: The location is superb. In the best part of Sozopol old town. A short walk to both the harbour/port and the beach. Surrounded by shops of all types. The property is very charming and with 2 bathrooms (and 3 bedrooms) it is spacious and comfortable for the whole family. My son and I especially enjoyed evenings on the balcony watching activity on the cobbled street below. The host is very responsive and eager to ensure that everything is excellent. The local BILLA supermarket is well stocked and easy to walk to. We did not need them, but every room had Airconditioning and TV, and the wifi/internet reception was very good throughout. I found the beds very comfortable also.

Cons: The kitchen is listed as a basic kitchenette, but has a complete oven and cooktop. The oven however does not work. I'm sure our host would have told us when we were to meet on arrival but our flight was late and we did not arrive until after midnight, so let ourselves in. We would like to have seen instruction on the oven to tell us what works. (also operation instructions for the washing machine). This is a minor issue, and I'm sure during the summer most people will take advantage of the many places to dine. We were there at the easter period and there were no restaurants open anywhere, so home cooked meals were necessary. We enjoyed the simplicity of one-pot cooking on the stove top, but it might not do for everyone, nor for longer stays.

Pros: Traditional Bulgarian house in the middle of the old town. Clean and convenient. There is a washing machine and balconies to hang laundries:)

Cons: Bathrooms quite small but understandable because of the architecture of the traditional house. The Bathroom downstairs has a smell. Ventilation can be improved.

A fantastic few days in a home from home.

Pros: This was an amazing house in Sozopol. Great location and good value. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back.

Cons: The only thing that could have made it better was a fly net on both doors to the balconies. I love to leave a door open rather than than the air con on. Also a hose to rinse off when coming back from the beach to stop tracking sand into the house as I hate dirty feet in a house x

Pros: Всичко много ми хареса. Местоположението е в центъра. В къщата е чисто и уютно. Има всичко необходимо за престоя.

Cons: Само нямаше сешоар.

Pros: Къщата е чудесна,локацията е перфектна,домакините бяха много любезни!Пак бихме посетили!

Igazi visszatérős szálláshely, nagyon jó elhelyezkedéssel.

Pros: Az óváros legjobb részén, mindenhez közel, de mégis csendes mellékutcában elhelyezkedő szállás. Tágas apartman, szeparált szobák, külön légkondi mindegyikben, szobákban pakolási lehetőségként szekrények. Az apartman nem vadonat új hatású, de érezni a törődést, amivel gondozzák. Illatosítók, fürdőkben piperecikkek, konyhai felszerelések bőségesen, ruhaszárításhoz csipeszek..., otthonosan, lakható komorttal lett berendezve a szállás. Parkolóhely gyanánt egy nagyon közeli fizető parkoló egy privát helye van fenntartva a szálláshoz. Ha elhajtanánk az autónkkal, a parkolóhelyet zárral le is tudjuk zárni, így az biztosan üresen fog fogadni minket visszatéréskor. A házigazdák nagyon segítőkészek, de nem tolakodóak; alig láttuk őket, de telefonon bármikor kérhettünk segítséget és nagyon hamar megérkeztek.

Cons: Kissebb részleteiben a lakás felújításra szorulhat, de semmi kényelmetlen hiba nem volt. Egy légkondicionáló bekapcsolásában segítséget kellett kérnünk, de hamar megoldódott a probléma. A franciaágy kicsit nyikorog. Régóta használatban lévő szálláshely, de kirívó hibát nem találtunk.

Pros: Страхотна локация!!!Удобно и спокойно!!!С удоволствие бихме се върнали отново!!!

Foarte bine

Pros: Casa mare ,curata ,cu toate facilitățile, in centrul vechi al orașului.

Cons: Totul a fost foarte bine ,nimic de reproșat.
