Pros: Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. It’s a 25 minute walk to the Black Sea and roughly an hour walk to the railway and bus stations. The hotel is great if you don’t want to be in the centre.

Good hotel for a short stay

Pros: Very friendly staff, quick check in, room was clean, great coffee, easy parking, quick access to Burgas

Cons: Curtains were too thin and noise from road - would ask for a room to the rear of the hotel next time. Shower floods bathroom floor - need to provide a bath mat and squeegee for floor

Pros: The hotel was lovely, clean, friendly staff, and a lovely breakfast .

Cons: We had a triple room, which had 2 single beds and 1 put up bed, but the put up bed was not comfy at all. It wasn't made for an adult, maybe a child. You could easily have 3 single beds in that room, so my mother in law didn't get a good night sleep, so that was disappointing when everything else was nice.

Pros: Beautiful old building. Lovely staff. The breakfast was lovely. Spotlessly clean.

Cons: Parking wasn’t guaranteed. There is a big area beside the hotel but also an apartment building that uses this so in the evening parking was not guaranteed. It was a tight squeeze some evenings.

Pros: Balcony was huge and lovely. Big pleasure to spend time indoors. Apartment was lovely and cosy .Staff was very good.

Pros: I spent a few very pleasant days here, and everything contributed to a true holiday atmosphere! The ladies at the reception were especially kind and helpful – always smiling, ready to assist, and offer great recommendations. Their warm attitude made all the difference! The food was tasty and well-prepared. Breakfast, though simple, was fresh and just enough to start the day with energy. The prices at both the bar and the restaurant were also very reasonable, which was a nice bonus. I gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, good taste, and a team that truly knows how to make your vacation better!
