The best place in kiten

Pros: The property is by far the best in kiten - Plamina and her family go above and beyond to create the total family atmosphere & it is only place we would ever stay in that area . Immaculately clean , excellent service & happy vibes

Beautiful Hotel

Pros: The location was perfect. Just as you enter Kiten on the right , so easy to find. The Hotel is set in woodland so perfect for shade on a hot day. It is a family run Hotel and they are so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. TV, hairdryer, kettle, fridge , small wardrobe with shelves and dressing table. Towel's and bedding were changed often . Rubbish was removed daily. Breakfast was continental as expected and there was a good choice. A lift to all floors is an added benefit. The pool was well maintained.

Pros: immaculately clean & located near every amenity you could ever want with just a short walk to the south beach - this and it’s sister hotel are the places to stay in kiten . food excellent & Plamina and her team go above and beyond to make every stay a happy one

Cons: Не идеальный ремонт. Гул вытяжки. Простыни прямо на матрасе, без наматрасника, сползают. Есть следы плесени в санузле.

Прекрасно място, много сме доволни

Pros: Всичко много ни хареса, персонала правеше всичко по възможностите си ,всичко да е наред и да се случва бързо въпреки че имаше много гости на хотела!!! Доволни сме благодарим за старанието им!

Cons: Няма нещо което да не ни хареса, ние не сме дребнави виждахме че персонала дава всичко от себе си :)

Pros: Абсолютно всичко ни хареса!Най-вече местоположението на хотела!Намира се на пешеходно разстояние от центъра ,на 10-15 мин.от плажовете...Но същевременно далеч от лудницата от хора,кръчми и дискотеки!Вечер беше много тихо и спокойно!Хотелът има всички екстри, басейните и апартаментите са винаги чисти и поддържани! Храната беше на блок маса ,вкусна и разнообразна!А домашният сладолед е уникален!Има асансьор,който е голямо удобство, особено за семейства с малки деца!Персоналът е от млади и учтиви хора!В хотела се допускат домашни любимци,което говори за богатата душевност на собствениците,които винаги са на линия за каквото и да било!Това ми направи много добро впечатление!Ние изкарахме едни чудесни 7 нощувки и се чувствахме като у дома си!Благодарим за топлото отношение!Живот и здраве отново ще посетим това чудесно местенце!
