AluaSun Helios Beach - All Inclusive

Good overall experience

Pros: This is was our third time here. As alwasys, the location is relatively quiet and perect for family with chldren. The hotel is improving from year to year, and there is a clear will to meet customer demands.

Cons: Regarding the place, there are some details that reveal the aeging of the place, and that it is degrading little by little. On the other hand, as it was a third visit for me, I am a bit dissapointed by the coldnes of the reception people. We had some serious issue with the parking. So despite we requested parking reservation and we had received a positive answer, we were then told to go to the public parking under the statement \

Perfect vacation!

Pros: I liked everything about the hotel, facilities, food and the fact that the hotel and its terraces are basically on the beach. The pool, bar, entertainment, and the very well organized schedule make a great vacation for families (especially with kids). The town is clean and a very nice place to take a walk or why not the horse carriage (Prince Harry is charming). Great value for the money spent.

Pros: Location, helpful and cheerful staff, cleaning service every day, food. Great place for family holiday. I do recommend!

Pros: The experience was alright overall. Great location, spacious room, everything functional; food & drinks were ok; the pool is great and useful when there are big waves at the sea; nice entertainment activities, good customer service, useful kids playground

Cons: I have already provided the feedback (small recommendations for improvement) in private directly to the hotel. But nothing to worry too much about.

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay there. Centrally located beach hotel with all that is needed for a pleasant summer holiday. Very friendly staff and dedicated animation team. Good value for money.

Pros: The hotel is situated near the Beach. The room and the hotel was very clean. In the restaurant was a pleasant smell, without bad food smells.

Amazing hotel, location and food!

Pros: Everything was excellent - perfect location on the beach, spacious and comfortable room, attentive staff, and especially the incredibly delicious food! Many thanks to the hotel for everything and highly recommend!

Cons: Of course some small things can be found like everywhere, but for me they are negligible and cannot ruin the great impression, for example: - limiting parking - weak wifi signal in the room - strange selection of tv channels in the room :)

I was only there for one night, l wouldn’t stay there for a week

Pros: Great beach location but it’s an hour from airport and costs £41 for a taxi

Cons: The food was not the best in freshness but edible

A perfect vacation

Pros: The location is wonderful- by the sea; the food is selected precisely and is of a very good quality; the pool is clean and maintained well; the atmosphere and staff are great.

Good value for money deal without bad issues

Pros: We have booked a stay here the second time this year, together with the extended family. I appreciate that meanwhile they have improved a lot the coffee corner!

Cons: Nothing outstanding ! I would happily make a new booking here!
