Pros: The location is perfect and the restaurant is wonderful!!! The room looked a bit old and maintained. There was a smell of cigarettes. However, the sea view is splendid! The SPA center had s also very good!
Cons: The parking in front of the hotel is paid. And I was supposed to ask on the reception to know that it is paid even for guests of the hotel. In addition, there is a free parking beside the hotel which is opened for everyone and not secured. The smell of cigarettes in the room.

Pros: A dated facility which is for sure not 5 stars as advertised. However, I have to praise the reception for noticing that my wife had a birthday so they have sent an improvised small cake (pastry) with a chocolate inscription “Happy Birthday” on the plate. Thank you for the kind gesture!
Cons: Concierge desk is practically not existing. There is a man standing there but he behaves more like a statue than a living creature. Blind, deaf and with no smile. Perhaps due to the low season the restaurant is understaffed so if one chooses A La Carte menu, he or she needs to wait patiently.

Pros: The food in the restaurant was very diverse and delicious. Everything was fresh and made with care. The SPA zone was good equipped and offered entertainment for big and small. The beach was near and the water was so clear. The hotel has an indoor playroom for children, which was clean and nice.
Cons: There are pools in the garden but they are not very clean. And the facilities in the rooms are not in good condition. The hotel has a beautiful library, but unfortunately, it is not filled with many books to complete the look and provide for different tastes in books and some people have used it to make calls which did spoil the time in it. The staff in the hotel was sometimes not very engaged and polite.

Great location and exceptional spa facilities
Pros: I liked the location; the room and the spa facilities. The hotel is getting a bit tired and needs up-grading in terms of new carpets in the rooms; the bathroom has mould around the taps and the shower cubical, the lamps on the balcony are rusty and the deck chairs are old and tired. It is not a 5 star standard anymore - more like a 4 star. The lady at the front desk who did the checking in was extremely friendly and helpful. The chambermaid who serviced our room the first day - also very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The restaurant staff were not very friendly. The selection of food in the restaurant was not 5 star (may be because there were not many guests) - may be consider an a la cart menu for less number of guests and table service.

Comfortable stay. Great food. Excellent spa for recreation.
Pros: Spacious rooms. Great food on HB. Perfect hotel infrastructure to serve spa recreation and treatments.
Cons: The hotel rooms need urgent renovation. The carpets and furniture are worn-out due to heavy use, The walls have luggage scratches and dirt . The bathrooms are generally clean but outdated. That gives a bad taste to the excellent hotel infrastructure for recreation and rest. I have visited the hotel numerously in the past 20 years and it is a pity this excellent property hasnt been renovated to serve guests requirements for a comfortable stay. The hotel was very busy during the long weekend and there was no space to sit in the restaurants and some guests were frustrated.

Very pleasant stay. Excellent spa
Pros: The hotel is great. Room is spacious, bed is comfortable. The spa is very nice, with various sauna types and pools ( eg: pool with salt water), breakfast with many food options.
Cons: Very small parking lot( so it was full). We have to find a spot to park on the street.

Very nice hotel with great SPA facilities
Pros: The staff was amazing - very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner options were also very good and diverse - a lot to choose from. SPA facilities are great - pretty much everything I'd wanted. I liked the large heated jacuzzi in particular.
Cons: Although the hotel looks very premium, the interior is a bit dated, and its age shows. Bath tub shower head was not working in our room. Minor issues though.
