Sunrise Hotel

Pros: Great value, nice sized comfortable rooms, free parking and really helpful staff

Pros: The room we had A9 was an excellent size room, it had 2 bedrooms both with extra large beds and each had a single bed, both rooms had air conditioning and access to a balcony, it came with 2 ring cooker and an oven, fridge freezer and a dishwasher. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well presented on arrival. The staff were excellent and I couldn't fault the service. Value for money yes, location excellent, 10 minutes drive to the beach or 20 minutes or so walk to the harbour and promenade, supermarket 5 minutes walk so excellent for self catering.

Cons: I think booking.com or the hotel needed to be clearer that October is out of season for some of the facilities mentioned (I wasn't expecting the swimming pool to be open at the end of October) but I did expect the hotel restaurant to be open for dinner and breakfast (in fairness I didn't book with breakfast but some our party did as it was available on the room selection) again to be fair the staff did offer to cook a breakfast, we declined but it shouldn't be advertised if it's not available, the spa also appeared to be closed(maybe you have to book in advance? If so it wasn't clear) From a maintenance view point and maybe this will be sorted in the closed season? The door to the balcony (left hand room) door handle was broken in half and the door doesn't close properly it sticks at the bottom and has a gap at the top, the right hand side bedroom air conditioning unit struggled to heat the room, luckily the other room's unit worked fine.

Pros: Beautiful room, clean & warm (appreciated because our visit was out of season). Lots of car parking places & we were allowed to check in early. The man on reception was very friendly 🙂

Cons: The restaurant wasn’t open because it was out of season, there were places open nearby so not a big problem.

Pros: The hotel rooms was big spacious and clean it had everything you need in cluding a kitching with kettle and cups no pans though it had plates and utensils

Cons: There was nothing that i didnt like about the hotel

Totally recommend.

Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful. Clean and cozy rooms. I’m very surprised by the good yard - 2 pools, cinema, ping pong, nice restaurant. Couldn’t wish for more.

Our Stay at Sunrise

Pros: Great position, lovely hotel, nice pool and grounds. Staff very friendly.

Cons: Breakfast not great

Pros: The rooms in Building 1 are very tidy and clean, and also fully renovated furniture which was very pleasant.

Pros: The room was big. We liked the garden and the children's area.

Cons: Our towels were not changed once. Not a big variety of food and the quality could be improved.

Pros: We are very satisfied, they cleaned our rooms every day

Pros: Прекрасно място. Домакините са страхотни, много е чисто, има чист басейн. Благодарим ви. 😊 На една минута от Автогара и на 5-6 минути от плажа.

Cons: Нямаше чаши в стаята, и малки кърпи за лице.
