I will recommend it to my friends and will definitely visit again.

Pros: Clean facilities, a lot of food ( and variety as well ) , staff was very friendly, nice and cozy atmosphere, beautiful pools, for a busy area and although there are many tourists in Primorsko, the hotel was well preserved and it looks as if it is brand new (opened this year).

Cons: Nothing bad, really.

Comfortable but could be unnecessarily noisy at times

Pros: The staff were very efficient and friendly. What food we had was very good. Relatively short walk to beaches and restaurants. Hotel helped with taxi bookings when needed.

Cons: The music was too loud around the pool and bar area and actually unnecessary. Our room was on 3rd floor and overlooked the pool area which meant we had no peace and quiet if we wanted it. Music started at 0830 until 2300 with a short gap around 1300. Closing our balcony door made little difference. The cleaning staff could be heard talking from 0800 each day in the corridor which was disturbing if we wanted a lie in.

Nice hotel !

Pros: Breakfast ok, fresh food. Everyday room cleaning, Many thanks to claning ladies from 3rd floor ! Relaxing zone from the pool is great ! Also, big like for the professional staff.

Cons: Would be wonderful if the hotel could be bigger, with more relaxing places..

Highly recommend this place

Pros: The Staff is 🤩 amazing They helped me with all I needed. The bed was comfortable. The Room is spacious and comfortable with the pool view balcony Chery on top 🎩

Nice!

Pros: The staff was friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was very good. The hotel provides a generally pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.

Cons: The noise and loud music from a nearby inn were disturbing in the evening, lasting until around midnight. The full board system is not flexible: we had dinner included, but check-out was at 11 AM, and lunch only started at 1 PM, so we couldn’t benefit from the lunch meal. \tWe could have stayed by the pool or returned to the premises after check-out for the included meal, but due to the time gap and organization, it was not convenient. \tThis resulted in an unnecessary loss of about 30 euros. \tFor these reasons, I do not recommend the full board option to future guests, as the value for money regarding meals is not favorable.

This was our second time stay

Pros: Friendly staff, excellent location with private parking. Breakfast was great, cozy atmosphere. Personal attitude and understanding to guests’ needs.

Cons: Mattress was good but could be better. Cleanliness was also sufficient but I would recommend deep cleaning of the bathroom and carpet on regular basis.
