Secrets Sunny Beach Resort and Spa - Premium All Inclusive - Adults Only

Pros: The hotel is nice and clean, the room is spacious, and I had no problems with the bed — in fact I was happy it was wider than a standard bed. Except for the last two days, they cleaned the room every day and restocked the minibar. There was a wide variety of food, and I could always find something tasty for myself. Unfortunately we had a large noisy group above us, and because the floor in the room is wooden, they were terribly loud. Our room was on the first floor, from where you could nicely see the roof and a bit of the sea. :( I can’t say anything good about the reception staff: they are not polite at all, they rattle off the necessary information, their tone is somewhat condescending — I have no idea why — and they almost always smirked among themselves; they have the least amount of work compared to those working in the restaurant. Guests meet them first when entering the hotel, and that does not cast a good light on the hotel, which otherwise is fine.

Good holiday

Pros: Nice adults only hotel, away from the noise of the town. Comfortable clean rooms, good a la carte restaurants on site, preferred club really enhanced the trip with no queues for sun beds by pool or beach and nice places in restaurants. Preferred bar was also good and quiet with a good range of premium drinks.

Cons: The shared restaurants located within the next door hotels, labelled as a la carte were mostly buffet and quite poor. And also, the buffet in the hotel was not really premium or equivalent to other 5 star hotels. The lifts were individually operated, meaning everyone pressed all four lifts, only needing the first to arrive, meaning a lot of time in the lifts was wasted opening doors at empty floors. Finally, I think the exchange service in the building is poor, forcing my credit card, which was in Bulgarian Lev, to issue sterling, so that they could charge me to change back to and withdraw lev - a clear scam as the keypad is operated by the cashier who deliberately pushed the sterling button when I told him not too

Cons: Nothing important

A great place to relax in comfort, amazing pool, good spa, good gym, very clean and minimalistic.

Pros: I enjoyed the amazing pools, they have 3 infinity pools, one is so big you can swim seriously. The spa is also good, gym good. Everything felt comfortable and in a good minimalistic taste. It is not luxury, but it is still modern in a good way. Tourist are either seniors 55+ either young couples ( less), due to adult only specific. Therefore is really quiet, everybody is chill, reading or listening to music. Great place to relax and be active and very close to Nessebar, which is a gem and can compensate for the boredom of all inclusive lifestyle.

Cons: The food is ok to good, but not great. It is fair probably for all inclusive, but to be honest after 3 days you feel the need to go to other restaurants, even though they rotate dishes. The desserts are really poor, they compesate with fruits, but the variety of food is good so I guess it is difficult to ask for more in this budget. But you will not feel spoiled if you like good restaurants.

Perfect place for both rest and fun.

Pros: Almost everything - the food, the staff, the facilities and the location.

Cons: The hair dryer was not working properly, also parking in my opinion should be free for guests of the hotel.

Pros: Everything was perfect! Great view, wondeful pool, excelent food, the staff was very kind (great english speakers).

The Best Hotel in Sunny Beach

Pros: the staff were amazing, the junior suite was spacious, clean and had the best views of sunny beach. The bed was huge and super comfy. the food was very good and the pool facilities and outside bar were all equally excellent

Relaxing vacation, nice spot - lacks salt tho

Pros: Food is okay, lacks salt and the salt dispenser are not really dispensing salt, which really makes or break the food there, but overall it was okay (when you add salt!) The room was really nice, the view was amazing and staff was friendly, pool at this time of year was a bit cold tho. Very relaxing

Cons: The lack of salt in the food and lack of salt dispensers! Also the water in Bulgaria (not hotel specific) were terrible! And I'm talking about the bottled water, they taste ashy and it wasn't very pleasant

Cons: We ordered a room with one large bed. We received two small ones pushed together. But, it's not the same; )

Pros: It was exactly as shown in the photos. We had a fantastic stay at this adults-only hotel. The entire property was clean, and the food was delicious, with plenty of options. It was great to see the food cooked in front of you. The hotel has a main restaurant and two others that you can reserve for dinner. While there is a parking fee, the parking is secure. The highlights were definitely the private beach with its amazing sand and the stunning infinity pool. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!
