Aqua Nevis Hotel & Aqua Park - All Inclusive

Fun and enjoyable

Pros: Staff were all friendly and chatty especially the animation team with Danni (Children entertainers) They had the good holiday vibe no matter what your age. Food at the restaurant was plenty, freshly cooked and delicious. Evening entertainment was also good.

Cons: Nothing really

Extremely good value and aquapark amazing.

Pros: The Aquapark is the big sell here. The kids (including the big kids) love it. We stayed here last year for a week and returned here again this year but just for 3 nights as a holiday bolt in. The bar staff are very very fast and efficient (given it is all inclusive lots of people are seeking drinks all the time). Breakfasts and lunches were great especially salads and deserts and canapés at lunch, as are pool bar snacks.

Cons: I did not “dislike” this but I found the evening food more disappointing than last year with less choice - too many “heavy” stews etc and Balkan night is not good (sorry - there is better Balkan food than this). There generally seemed to be less staff around too - I saw more spills on the floor than last year, the animation team seemed depleted (also the Zumba is pointless - just one animation team member dancing alone in a poor spot) and very few passes of the pool area to clear glasses. Not a huge deal but definitely a noticeable reduction in quality in these areas.

An amazing hotel and water park.

Pros: The Hotel is amazing The food is excellent (breakfast, lunch and dinner), also for children. The water park is amazing. We didn't have queues. It is very generous from the hotel, that we could continue using the water park and going to the restaurant after the checkout time till 1800.

Cons: 1. The wifi is weak and disconnected. 2. The mattress is too soft, not convenient.

If you improve what I wrote, the hotel will be excellent.

Pros: The water park at the hotel is amazing, the service is lovely and the food is very good.

Cons: I didn't like the mattresses, they were very uncomfortable, and neither were the pillows. I also didn't like that as part of the all-inclusive package, you have to go from the water park to the lobby to get water or food, which is very far away. You're not allowed to bring food into the park, which is free, but there is food inside for a fee (higher quality).

We all really enjoyed the hotel and waterpark and would definitely visit again and recommend to friends.

Pros: Love all the different cuisines/food Love all the facilities and entertainments Free shuttle bus to the nearest beach. Would definitely recommend the hotel, just for the food to be honest ;)

Pros: Excellent hotel. Staff are amazing, atmosphere is brilliant. We stayed in another hotel during our stay (more expensive) and it had nothing on Aqua Nevis. Waterpark is brilliant. Food can be a little repetitive but to be expected in some AI hotels, snack bar food was lovely.

Cons: Food/meals could do with some improvement.

A perfect place for the whole family!

Pros: The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well organized. Our room was spacious, cozy, air-conditioned, and had very comfortable beds. The staff were polite and helpful. The animation team was cheerful and dedicated — the kids absolutely loved them! The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options for everyone. The desserts were amazing. There was truly a great selection of both food and drinks. Both the pool and the aqua park provided excellent entertainment for the whole family. I highly recommend a visit to the spa — a truly wonderful and relaxing experience. You can really tell that the hotel cares about the details and about its guests.

I would consider returning to this hotel,

Pros: Food was a good selection remember your visiting bulgaria so mainly all their dishes not British foods although you still get something the british would eat. Food was cold till we complained then it was looked into. Hotel was spotless and staff were all excellent. A 7 minute walk to the main sunny beach area or the hotel supplies a free mini bus until 5.30pm. The water park was great too. Entertainment was ok in evening and some through the day not that I done any but others seemed to enjoy it.

Cons: Food should be hot and not have to wait on fried eggs at breakfast times, they should fry plenty in advance as it's popular. Icecream lollies should be available throughout the day not just in restaurant at meal times only.
