ALL RECOMMENDATIONS

Pros: Every single thing about this property was perfect from room which was super clean and comfortable, there were variations of food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) all tasty and full of tastes and it was freshly prepared. The bar was great, the staff were super kind and helpful.

Cons: Desserts should be changed a little bit

Pros: They left in the room a card and chocolates for my father 70th birthday and they were very kind and understanding when later that morning we found out our grand mother passed away. We had to leave just after one night of the stay and they were very suportive and accepted to refund us the rest of the stay. I could not be more grateful and appreciative of them.

Pros: The place was spotless – both the rooms and the facilities were very clean. Parking was available within the premises, and there was a luggage room for early check-in, which was very convenient. We had some problems with the air conditioning, and after several attempts by the technician to fix it, we were eventually moved to another room. The food selection wasn’t very wide, but the salad bar had many options. The buffet always included nice vegetables and side dishes, along with 2–3 types of meat and 1 type of fish. We especially enjoyed the Bulgarian night – the traditional food and dances were a wonderful experience. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for relaxing after a hot day. Our children really enjoyed the games room too, especially the foosball, air hockey, and ping pong tables. We requested a late check-out and were kindly granted an extension, which we appreciated.

Cons: The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Not all of them spoke English, but they always did their best to assist us.

Pros: Overall very nice, the staff friendly, room and facilities clean. Salads were fresh. The pool was big enough, always clean, and well maintained. Easy to reach the beach, 7 minutes walk.

Cons: The soups and main dishes were a bit too oily.

Pros: The room was spacious and clean. The meals were variated. They have a bar near the pool with drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol) and snacks like pizza, french fries, salad. The distance from the hotel to the Old Town is about 3.5 km. We took the bus (2 stations) and it was 2 leva - one ride. You can also walk (35-40 min). The hotel parking in 10 leva/day.

Cons: Our room was above the terrace and we could hear the music with the door closed. Also, the Wi-Fi wasn t great.
