Nice hotel
Pros: The location was excellent – right next to the bus station and just a 5-minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel is clean, with nice rooms and large balconies. The staff at the restaurant were also very friendly.
Cons: We had all-inclusive, but unfortunately the food didn’t meet our expectations. It wasn’t very fresh or flavorful. The meat was tough, and the eggs at breakfast were a bit dry.

Comfy and clean
Pros: The rooms were lovely and clean, the mattress waa firm which some of us liked and some of us didn't. Staff were polite. Location was a 15 minute walk to the strip and beach. A little supermarket outside the hotel for anything you need too.
Cons: There wasn't much of a range of drinks at the bar and there is only one bar which doesnt always have someone there.

Nice, clean, friendly also for families as i seen the equipments.
Pros: It was clean, the staff is friendly and talkative also help full if they understand what the actual problem and looking for the quests happines.
Cons: The foods are really good and delicious but not diverse enough i think.

Overall we had a pleasant stay and I highly recommend this location. Once again I would like to congratulate the kitchen
Pros: The room looks exactly as in the pictures, conditions suitable for a 4 star hotel. Very friendly staff, the rooms were cleaned regularly and the food was always fresh, diverse and very tasty.
Cons: The only minus from my point of view was the limited offer of sodas/drinks, being included only local drinks (not our taste at all), but this may be subjective.

Unfortunately not coming back
Pros: The hotel was alright. The pool and the area next to the pool was clean.
Cons: The cleaning was a bit slow. After 5 days they changed the sheets on the bed. They changed just because after the 3rd day I went to the reception to ask. They should changed at least every 2 days. The food should be more diversified. They do not give to much options. Also the bar, should have other drinks not just beers and wine. A bit disappointed with the restaurant.

More 3 star plus than a 4 star but good value for money
Pros: Room was very nice, especially bathroom. Food was nice with a decent variety and most of staff very helpful and friendly
Cons: The bar man who was rather arrogant and rude at times. However, the lady was very nice who also covered the bar, one of the guests actually told me that the bar man frightened her !! Also the hotel is overlooked by apartments opposite

Pros: I liked the resort,the room, the pool, nice lady to the reception, Kate and Gabriela very involved animation girls and very nice with our son, good food and sweets, the location not too far from the beach!
Cons: There was a man Alberto to the lobby bar, a Sniper man that waching us , and ben us some things like: our son in not allowed to use a normal plate but a small one, to use by himself that juice machinne, I came from our room with a glass to the bar and he asked me where I took it from! I assure him to put It back in our room! Perhaps he has a good intention but is not the proper aprouch! It is required that the staff speack with him to be more discret, to ignore some situations and to speack less about his football career.

Brand new hotel with a family atmosphere
Pros: The hotel is completely new, the rooms are beautiful and very modern, with a balcony, absolute cleanliness. The staff is nice and very pleasant. All In services very simple, but plenty of food and drinks. I recommend..
Cons: The terrace by the pool is very small considering the size of the hotel

Pros: Szobak,a furdöszoba,szèp ,modern.Kicsit tavolabb van a Parttól,de egy ennyi seta belefèr.
Cons: A kajàzàsi idö emeletenkent valtozo,igy megis az jar rosszabbul aki kesobben megy.Sokàra lettek egyes ètelek újratöltve(kajàzàsi idön belül),Kicsit a vàlasztèk szerènyre sikeredett,ezen mèg lehetne javitani.Összessègèben jól telt,jól èreztük magunkat
