Moonlight Hotel - All Inclusive

Perfect 👌 Good hotel 🏨 sea, food and staff. Special thanks to Natalia from reception.

Pros: Sufficient breakfast, assortment and good quality, very tasty 🤤

Cons: No sun loungers on the beach 🏖️ Will be sun loungers owned by hotel on the beach.

Very good place to stay

Pros: The room is very big. Bathroom as well. Beds are comfortable. The place is very good. Swimming pools are clean. The beach is right down the hotel. Food is good.

Cons: There is no enough places for parking. Park on the streets. The hotel is super good but obviously it is not very good maintained.

Pros: It was close to the beach, the eating hours was conformable. You could eat almost all the time until 9pm.

Pros: Exceptional everything from start to finish was amazing. Staff went as far to leave champagne, ice bucket and cakes as a surprise as it was booked as a wedding anniversary. Will definitely be back!!

Cons: Nothing everything was perfection

Pros: The hotel and room were clean. The room and bed were big. The staff was nice. Food was great.

Cons: The bed wasnt comfortable. The parking is always full and you have to wait for a spot get free.

Beautiful hotel ideal for rest and relaxation right on the beachfront.

Pros: Underground parking under the hotel, kept car nice and cool. Easy lift access from your floor to car park. Room nice and clean. Cleaned and bed made every day. Spacious and with an amazing sea view from my bed as well as a balcony. Large room bed room and bathroom with bath and walk in shower, Super comfy beds. Staff ok on the whole, a few would give you a nice smile and a greeting but they worked efficiently. My room overlooked the bar and terrace, but the piano music finished at 10pm and the balcony and bar lights were all turned off at 11pm. No problem with noise at all. Complimentary water, fridge and aircon worked well. Bed was huge and they gave me an upgraded room with sea view free of charge. Microwave in restaurant to heat food up. I enjoyed the food , all inclusive. Sparkling wine and cocktails. Early check in was no problem. Young man showed me parking and took my bag to my room. Heated pool Looking forward to another visit , I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons: Toilet was continuously running water, fridge cupboard door was almost off its hinges and drawer was broken. Reported immediately but nothing fixed until the next day. Drawer and cupboard door never fixed. No instructions how to work safe, it was shut and locked.reported in the morning, Again nothing done until the day. Everything was tomorrow. Some dirty marks on walls next to bed and behind rubbish bin. Easily solved with a lick of paint. No option of paying for a late check out when requested, I would expect this in a five star hotel. Limited choice of food on buffet for 5star establishment. There were 1 or 2 soups, 6 mains, 6 salads and 3 chips or veg. Deserts were cakes and fruit and a cheese board with two types of cheese, cow or sheep yellow or white. I have to say I enjoyed everything I ate had plenty and the quality wasnt lacking. I was there for 3 nights and dishes were repeated, a week or fortnight stay it would have been boring. No fruit juice at breakfast, only nectar, like squash.breakfast buffet 6 hot items, 6 cold items, 3 cereals, and 3pastries. Cakes and fruit yogurt and jams,. Bread and rolls. Cheese board. It was enough but very limited choice for buffet breakfast especially for 5 star. Bacon was extremely fatty and pale and floppy.ive had more choice on 3 star breakfasts. No fire instructions in the room, I thought it was law to have them in every hotel room. A bit worrying as I have been involved in a fire before. No sunbeds or umbrellas on the beach at all paid or otherwise. All of this is just points to raise, not to put you off booking, I would definitely stay here again.

Pros: We loved so many things about this place: The hotel is right by the sea, so it was easy to swim every day both in the pool and the sea. There was plenty of food and variety every day, we were not bored with the options and it was always fresh. The room was soooo big and the bathroom as well. We had a bathtub and a shower in it. And the bed could fit 4 people easily. The staff was very nice and helpful, very attentive. For the money we paid, the value is very high, we were extremely happy. They gave us a partial seaside view, even though we booked a Garden view and it was amazing.

Cons: I used to be vegetarian and even vegan at one point.. There aren't enough food options for someone who is vegetarian or vegan, which is good I am not anymore now.. Also, they don't have any fresh juices or lemonade at all.. All they have is alcohol, syrups or fizzy drinks.. Seeing how I don't drink alcohol and only drink fizzy drinks occasionally, my only options were water or tea..

Pros: The accommodation was perfect. The food was flawless, and the waiters were friendly. The view was exceptional. If you want to relax, then this is the ideal place for it.

We have made a great deal at the end of the season

Pros: We had a great view from the junior suite and a big bathroom. Very good dinner.

Cons: Gym was poor.

Excellent staff make the holiday

Pros: We wish to say that Angelina on Reception was totally receptive to our needs, along with the Supervisor (who was equally helpful). Thank you for being one step ahead of your customer and being so gracious! We found ALL staff from restaurant, reception, cleaners and pool staff to be of high standard and friendly/professional. Regarding the buffet restaurant, the food was of high standard and kept interesting rather than repetitive as some buffets can be. Compliments to the hard working kitchen staff. Drinks on the all inclusive were fantastic! Beer, wine, 'champagne', and spirits and cocktails - you wanted for nothing! Also lots of fresh fruit which was appreciated.

Cons: Nothing you can fix, the beach in the sea has rocky boulders which was a little off putting. Wish I brought my swimming rock shoes!
