Oasis Resort Lozenets

Pros: Big resort, big rooms and terrace, washing machine inside, everything you need for kitchen and cooking is provided, shops near. You must pay for GYM.

Cons: Will be better if there is signs for directions inside in resort for the beach or restoration or fitness...

Beautiful sea and the beach

Pros: The beach, the location, the sea and the whole territory were fantastic and very well maintained. I want to mention especially the life guard team on the beach: very attentive, we felt secure with our kids.

Cons: The rooms are not five stars, we were ok with that, but it's important to mention. The professional level of the staff (in general: reception, fitness center, restaurant) is quite mediocre. There is no centralized account on the territory, you have to pay for everything in each spot separately (towels, ice cream, food, fitness, etc), no possibility to assign it to the room costs.

The place is OK, still a lot to improve in terms of behaviour and attitudes.

Pros: The breakfast Restaurants Swimming pool Gardens and green environment

Cons: The staff was at times not completely adequate, either being unable to address customer queries or simply being impolite. Noise coming from the parking and street nearby , in the middle of night or early in the morning, random drivers playing “chalga” very loudly or neighbours drilling while renovating their properties. Other visitors being rude and lacking manners at times and not cleaning after walking their dogs.

Pros: Very nice and fully equipped apartment very close to the beach. Comfortable bed.

Cons: No satellite tv and only 2 sunbeds provided free of charge despite apartment rented was for three.

Pros: Private beach, good restaurants, well-maintained facilities in the complex. The cleaning staff for the apartment were very nice.

Cons: The apartment we stayed in needs some renovation. It was clean and comfortable, but it could look nicer with more modern decoration. The furniture was a bit old. Also, the bathrooms by the outdoor pool were not well-maintained.

Probably the best place at Bulgarian seaside

Pros: Location, maintenance of the premises and surroundings. Pools, beach - excellent. Parking! Immediate reaction by the friendly and greatly trained personnel to any request. Access to a supermarket.

Cons: Somehow overestimated restaurants all branded by celebrity chefs while not being as remarkable as marketed.

Great place but too expensive and some odd problems with the room.

Pros: Great room, comfy beds, AC, Wi-Fi, kitchen, washer, everything you need.

Cons: The balcony door was hard to close and at some point the mechanism broke and the handyman needed to fix it.

Family Relaxation

Pros: Large room, private beach, well stocked supermarket on the premises.

Cons: It is a bit off the center and the nightlife

Pros: Nu iti lipseste nimic,personal amabil,curatenie,apartamente spatioase cu bucatarie, 4 restaurante proprii,supermarket propriu al resortului cu preturi nu prea umflate.Parcare subterana.Loc de joaca pentru copii cu animatori,gratuit doar o ora de la ora 19.Piscina curata,destul de mare,loc pentru toata lumea.Plaja privata super aerisita cu mult spatiu liber pentru joaca cu copiii.Zona turistica cu taverne si alte mancaruri la 1 km distanta,15 min de mers pe jos..

Cons: Preturi cam mari la restaurantele proprii Valuri mari si puternice,cel putin eu am prins 3 zile la rand,posibil sa fie mai mereu asa.

Pros: Everything! Clean, spacious, very comfortable beds, great size rooms. Pools are clean, beach is excellent.

Cons: Not a thing
