Pros: We enjoyed the fact that you have many different areas for relaxation, entertainment and spending time. Pleasant activities for children, of all ages (mini disco, children's daytime club, small parks with swings and slides). The beach, along with the sun beds and umbrellas, is nice.

Cons: We absolutely disliked the temperature of the water in the pool. In all the pools. Quite cold for children honestly, all of them would be shivering on their way out, it was difficult to enter and stay in the water relaxed, even for a grown up.. Somehow the main restaurant seems to be overwhelmed by the large number of people there during lunch and dinner. At peak hour, you struggle to find a table and the noise of so many people is terrible. The staff is doing a great job but it is quite impossible for them to keep up with the cleaning of the tables and chairs, of the floor and so on, during the meals.

Pros: Everything. It was the best experience, food was very diverse, location is excelent, animation team the best i have seen, the dance shows at evenings were very very good, the cuban team was a true experience, special thanks to them. We will want to return next year for sure.

Good place to be

Pros: Amazing for family with kids - you have all in hand - food, Parks, the sea, playground on the sand or not, 24h snacks, fruits, drinks, pools - big, small, slides etc. KIDS disco and shows where very nice

Cons: Outside cleaning was not at it best. We were here last year in September and was much better, but probably now, as is top seazon is harder to maintain.

Good vacation

Pros: The pools were nice and clean, fun for the kids. Beach very close, 2 min walk. Good food in main restaurant.

Cons: The dessert area, not tasty at all

Pros: The food was good, diverse, fresh, but repetitive after a few days.

Pros: Everything was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, the food was good every time and the beach was close by and clean as well.

Great value for the money, we will go next year. Drink are good and not big box cheap wine or cocktails.

Pros: I was not very confident about the choice but when i was reaching the room and see the surroundings i was impressed. Nice location. The hotel is not new but is clean and well maintained.

Cons: The pools are amazing, the beach is near to the property. Restaurant is big and they have plenty choices including baby food and formula.

A great experience

Pros: I loved the beach being private, the pools variety and the many restaurants they had, so if it was crowded in one of them, you could’ve gone to another one. I also liked the design of the rooms and the landscaping, the luxurious flowers and plants, it was lovely. The animation team was gorgeous with young people so happy and eager to make the guests feel nice, they had tons of programs and a great variety of activities. Especially for children this is a great pro. As the weather went bad, we really enjoyed the time away from the beach as there was always something to experience The food was really good, with plenty of choices. Overall it was an awesome experience which I would repeat in a less crowded time of the year and I really recommend it.

Cons: Some spaces need serious redesign and attention as they are really old school and they smell so awkward, as if they are never ventilated (the bar room, Casa del Chef, and even the main dining area). It was also a little unpleasant that the decorative pillows in the room smelled like mold.

Family friendly location which could be improved a lot

Pros: Everything was in one place, no need to leave the premises. Big variety of foods, a lot to choose from. Clean pool, clean beach.

Cons: The policy that you could not reserve a seat at the pool for the day was not respected. Many times we could not find a place because there was a towel left on 2-4 seats, or even shoes. Also if you travel with a toddler the lunch hours are not suitable. Another issue was with the snack time, if you came near the end of the program (say 45 minutes before) there was nothing to eat at that hour. Most of the desserts were not tasty, but plain. The walls of the rooms were very thin and could hear everything the neighbours spoke and there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Also the carpet on the hallway was very old and dirty. I recommend using the stairs, because the elevator is very slow and sometimes it went up instead of going down.

Pros: The location was very nice, selection of food and drinks was good as well, the sandy beach was lovely for the kids where they could also look for shells to play with

Cons: The arrival and the parking was deeply disappointing. We were rushed to pack our luggage in front of the hotel and the family needed to wait until the car was parked outside of the premises. The guarded parking is an overstatement, development would be required on this front. The cleaning was a good effort, but in the bathroom we had the cleaning ladies hair all over.
