Perfect hotel for a relaxing seaside holiday
Pros: Very diverse food with themed dinners every night and delicious desserts. The 24-hour bar was a great bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location – close to the beach and Nessebar. We really enjoyed the variety of pools, including the indoor heated one, which was perfect as the season was ending. There were plenty of activities and even a live concert during our stay.
Cons: Nothing particular – everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Pros: HI Hotels Imperial Resort doesn’t just offer a vacation, it offers a heartfelt experience that stays with you long after you leave.Despite being past season all the outdoor pools were still available as well as the indoor. Food was very good, a great selection and available all day and through the night too. Staff were helpful & the room had a fab shower.The food was excellent, the drinks were very good because the all-inclusive package is actually ultra all-inclusive.
Cons: Hard to find any downsides, everything was perfect

Vast and fast paced value for money
Pros: Once we got over the size of this property and the copious amounts of people moving through, we relaxed into the all inclusive. For those that like free flow everything 24 hours a day. You will love this place. Food in main restaurant excellent and plentiful. Breaky until 10 then outdoor snack bar, then lunch, then dinner and for those late night snackers a snack bar opens at midnight until 6 in the morning. 4 pools, entertainment complex, outdoor concert stage, caters for kids, elderly, young adults. Best value for money just a shame due to bad weather we couldn’t take advantage of facilities. Cleaners on site 24/7 and security. Staff helpful friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and a lovely view of the ocean. This place is massive so we were glad to be in the main bldg, 5th floor with a sea view access to beach from back gate of property

Pros: Staying at HI Hotels Imperial Resort for seven days felt like stepping into a place where every detail was designed to make you feel cared for and at peace. Our room became a haven of comfort, the balcony a small world of calm and sunrise reflections. Each meal was not just food but an experience, prepared with love and thoughtfulness. The pool, beach, and serene spaces gave us time to reconnect with ourselves and each other. This stay was more than a vacation, it was a week of warmth, joy, and unforgettable human kindness that we will carry in our hearts forever.

Great hotel, great staff, I have some recommendations and would love to come back
Pros: Big spacious room, even though it was from the side of the street they stopped the music at night and sleeping was completely fine. The food was great for all inclusive, variety of different dishes and for every taste. There is free parking, if there are available free spots. Really close to the beach-1min walk. There is a small wing at the end of the hotel, which seemed really good and quiet. I was not there, but I just noticed it. The staff were really friendly and helpful and always responded really quick to my requests. Thanks for that!
Cons: The cocktails can be improved and also serving coffee in the plastic cups. I would also recommend reducing the quantity of some foods, for example desserts and increasing the quality. Also for 4 star hotel I would expect to serve real butter, the one at the restaurant was not real, but rather a mix of vegetable butter and milk butter. I didn’t like that.
