Excellent, clean, well equipped villa, in a central location.

Pros: Silvia provided excellent, speedy communication and organisation throughout our stay. For example, we hired a car at the airport, gave her the registration, and she provided Google Maps directions to the car park and villa. Parking was free during our stay, as she had registered the car. The villa in old Nessebar town, is opposite St John the Baptist church. Despite being next to a popular tourist landmark, it is hidden away and completely private. It is an ideal location from which to explore, being within easy walking distance of all the attractions in the old town. We couldn't have wished for more. I would highly recommend the owner Silvia and this villa, you won't regret booking it!

Cons: Nothing. There wasn't anything we needed during our stay that wasn't already provided.

A little gem in the old town of Nesebar

Pros: The house exceeded our expectations it’s a really charming authentic Bulgarian house with all the modern facilities right at the heart of the old town of Nesebar, equipped with everything you might need and with a little courtyard to enjoy a coffee or a drink in the evening. Having a free of charge parking was a massive bonus as parking in the old town of Nesebar is usually quite difficult and expensive. Communication with the host was excellent. If we visit Nesebar again we will definitely look to book the house.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Great villa, great location and great host

Pros: This is a very cute and comfortable villa and the location is great. The host was also great and very responsive to ensure all our needs were met. We stayed as a family of 4 (2 year old, 6 year old and two adults) and we were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The only slight inconvenience was that the internet was not always stable and switched off a few times. Also there were no instructions for the TV and other appliances in the house or a short guide with suggestions of things to do in the area. But these are just minor things which could improve the experience and not really issues.

Exceptional!

Pros: Outstanding villa. From the moment we walked in we knew that we have chosen the right place for our weeding day. Attention to detail is focused on hight quality and it shows throughout the villa. They left us a card and a bottle of Prosecco which we thought was a great touch. The owner helped us with our luggages and he also recommended a restaurant which was very helpful. Thank you to everyone involved in our stay from the owner to the cleaner, from the waiter to the chef and the receptionist from the neighbouring hotel- Hotel St.John and the Baptist. We ordered the food and the drinks from the restaurant and they delivered everything to the villa. Our stay in Villa Tarteff was extra special. The memories we made we will cherish in our hearts forever. Simply we can't wait to return.

Pros: Location is superb! Owner is friendly and helpful. Comfortable stay. Everything was thought through. Nice little details. Really good place, highly recommend!

Pros: Cozy, nice, comfortable and clean villa, we even lit the fireplace on the 1st floor. In the heart of Nesebar, so close to the beach, historical places, new Nesebar.

Pros: El apartamento está en el centro del casco antiguo. Una zona muy bonita. Todo está muy cuidado y en el apartamento hay todo lo que puedas necesitar. Fueron muy amables y atentos. Cuando llegamos ya teníamos reservado el parking que entraba en el precio de la estancia. Nos encantó el lugar y el apartamento.

Nesebar da çok özel nokta

Pros: Tarihi yarımadadaki konumu, ev olanakları, otopark olması, ev sahibi iletişimi

Cons: Yatak konforu, bitişik iş yerindeki (fotoğrafçı) kuşların gürültüsü

Все было отлично . Единственное надо заранее договариваться за заезд в сам старый город . Для нас это не было проблемой

Pros: Очень уютные апартаменты , все чисто. Для нас была приготовлена детская кроватка . Все продумано до мелочей . Само место завораживает. Очень милый дворик сразу с выходом на центральную улицу . Рядом все рестораны и кафе .

Perfect

Pros: Locatia este centrala. Parcarea am folosit-o pe cea de langa mare si au fost locuri suficiente, nu am fost taxati pentru parcare. Semineul a fost superb, temperaturile scazute ne-au facut sa ne bucuram de el la maxim. Magazinele din imprejurimi au fost deschise. Gazda ne-a asteptat cu casa incalzita si pe masa cu bomboane de ciocoalata, vin traditional si apa. Noi am gatit si ustensilele din bucatarie ne-au facut sa ne simtim ca acasa, nu ne-a lipsit nimic. Plita, cuptorul si frigiderul functioneaza perfect. Paturile, canapeaua si scaunele sunt comode si masa perfecta pentru zile festive si boardgame-uri.
