Cascadas Family Resort

Pros: The pools the staff the apartment the entertainment all was amazing would recommend for any family or couples

The best resort in Sunny Beach

Pros: Our stay was fantastic at Cascadas. The territory is huge, you may easily get lost there. I was wondering through amazing eco parks at Cascadas. In the morning you can do yoga and then have a swim. I was really amazed how fast the staff reacted and did their best to assist us Check in and check out was easy. We checked in when it was dark. However, the security helped us to find the way to our apartment. We felt like special guests. I would definitely recommend this place as the best resort in Sunny Beach.

Cons: I didn't like that there was no coffee in the apartment.

Pros: All the facilities,very clean,felt like we were living in a park, gardens extremely well kept, friendly staff and spacious rooms all made for wonderful two week relaxing holiday

Cons: Pools were a little cold but it was the last two weeks in september8

Excellent property in prime location great for families

Pros: Excellent location, pools not busy due to the number of them. Everything you need on the resort.

Cons: The cleaners forgot we were there. Was meant to come every other day but we saw them on the second day and last of a 10 day visit. They never changed the bedding or even came in to clean. Few broken things in the apartment. Towel rail in bathroom broke on first day. Toilet seat broke some hooks not affixed to the wall well so when tried to hang clothes on them they just swung round. But these things not enough to put off going again.

It’s a beautiful place with lots of facilities, I would recommend it

Pros: Nice and modern with everything needed a part from coffee mugs and glass of wine we didn’t have enough for the 3 of us

Cons: Their English was very poor

Excellent accommodation with great staff and great pool. The onsite food was a let down however.

Pros: Location was great. Not on the beach but only a 10-15 minute walk. The grounds were kept very well and the staff were friendly especially at the pool bar. The number of pools were exceptional and everything was clean.

Cons: The evening buffet was not good. Everything was cold. Was plentiful but not good. The fish and meat was probably good quality but it was sitting in a stainless steel bowl for two hours so it was stone cold.

Pros: Outdoor space with gardens, pools and playgrounds is amazing, real paradise! It is very quiet and relaxing and safe!

It was lovely place for all of us, the children enjoyed the swimming pools

Pros: The breakfast was very good and the location was exellent!

Cons: The water in the pool was a little bit cold

It was good as usual and for now it is one of the best family resorts

Pros: That was the third time when I’ve stayed at Cascadas. Staff were good. Location was super.

Cons: Have had a problem with parking lot, because as I’ve been told that resort was overcrowded but then I have a question why did they say that parking lot is included? Besides of that issue I’ve had any problems

Pros: The dining room Staff is an amazing team. You made our stay special and comfortable.
