Harmony Suites Jungle - Family Friendly Complex

Beautiful sunny bay experience

Pros: Lovely and clean. Pool area spotless. Room as described. It was nice to do our washing before we came home.

Cons: Hob for cooking but no pans to cook in. People were allowed to play loud music around the pool area which was not fair on others. Could have been a one off experience.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Nice place, well kept pool area & gardens & restaurant area.

Cons: Rooms could have been cleaned more frequently, just got toilet rolls & towels provided each day. Spent alot on taxi's in & out of Sunny Beach over the week stay, would stay closer next time.

Pros: Friendly, clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Nice restaurant.

Pros: Мы второй раз отдыхаем в Harmony Suites, очень довольны и будем приезжать ещё. Красивая и ухоженная территория, несколько бассейнов, возможность пользоваться территорией других комплексов. Очень приветливый персонал. Хорошо отдыхать с ребенком, в этом комплексе много детей и они прекрасно проводят время вместе. Очень чисто, хороший номер, уборка.

Cons: Окна выходили на шумную трассу, поэтому наш план сидеть вечерами на балконе отменился. Шумно и пыльно, окна не открыть и на балконе неприятно.

Прекрасный,чистый и очень зеленный комплекс.

Pros: Хорошее расположение,далеко от шума и суеты,еще плюс то что рядом находится Lidl.

Close to the beach, nice pools, horrible parking and less than helpful security and reception staff

Pros: Two pools to choose from at our resort which were both nice and mostly quiet while we were there, a restaurant on site with a large menu, and adequate space in the unit itself. Housekeeping staff were lovely and very friendly and tried engaging with our three year old despite the language barrier as we speak English and only the minimal greetings in Bulgarian. Our daughter enjoyed the “jungle” area outside with the small playground, hobbit space, and dinosaur (although did not appear to be “interactive” anymore as the description details.

Cons: Parking was atrocious and the staff was less than eager to assist or even provide suggestions. We left to explore the area on day two and when we came back there were no spaces available to park our car. The security gentleman on site at that time was very abrupt while waving us off the street in front of the resort in telling us no spaces were available for us. We asked for suggestions on where else we might park and he simply shrugged his shoulders and waved us away. My husband went in to ask at reception if they had any suggestions for us on where we might find a nearby place to park our car while I waited in the car with our daughter and the receptionist told him there was no parking available and it was “not their problem”. We did find a spot that evening in a paid “parking lot” about 4-5 blocks away and took our chances that our rental car would still be safe by morning. By the fourth night there we learned on our own after watching some people come and go through a small gravel path that there was another dirt parking lot on the other side of a fence, near the main highway, where some people park and walk through - it would have been super helpful if the staff or reception had shared those suggestions with us rather than simply telling us we were on our own to figure out what would be safe or available after renting us the room for most of a week.
