Cons: - a bit far to walk to the flower street, about 20 minutes - water in the pool could be warmer, it was very cold - no towels for the pool - no breakfast

Great resort
Pros: We had a great well mentained appartment. The resort is really beautiful, it has multiple pools and also gym, bar and restaurant. Everything looked great, we also had free parking which was a bonus for us. Cleaning was offered every day we stayed there. Overall a good experience with this resort.

Very nice.
Pros: Clean, nice apartment with comfortable bed and pillows. The pools were amazing and the facilities around. Totally recommend.
Cons: We had to pay for parking- for a premium apartment I think the parking should be included.Anyway, we found parking nearby the hotel, totally safe.

Pros: Absolutely everything, From the rooms, to the landscaping of the garden and the cleanliness of the pools. Very friendly staff, free parking. Honestly we wouldn't have left here even to the beach. wonderful!

Pleasant Stay at a lovely property
Pros: Everything. The bar and restaurant are a little in the expensive side, so we ate and runaway from the property. The pools are great. The rooms are big. It was lovely
Cons: We had to clean our room on arrive. Only the basics were cleaned by staff. There was food in cupboards from previous people. There was deflated balloons behind tv. There was cigarette butts under tv cabinet and sofa bed. Under the rug was filthy when we moved it to pull Sofa bed out. However this did not affect us having a lively time and a great stay.

Great hotel and pool
Pros: I loved that there was a washing machine! We had been travelling a while so this was so handy!
Cons: A few dishes were dirty and no soap to wash dishes but otherwise everything was good

Beautiful, but self service 'hotel'
Pros: Great location... you're about 15 min walk from the beach/main strip... but on your doorstep you have a supermarket, few restaurants, chemist, some great little shops etc which is great. As you walk to the beach you go past a lot of convenience shops too. It's a very much self service type of beautiful hotel, so take a travel towel/buy a cheap beach towel to lay on for the pool! The standard double room is compact for two but it's got everything you need including full kitchen, storage/hanging space, washing machine (not sure the full dining room table and 4 chairs are needed though, takes up too much space) - we ended up balancing our suitcases on top of the wardrobe. Pools were lovely, gardens really cool and nice, there's a bar and restaurant onsite. No one said anything about bringing our own snacks and booze brought from the supermarket to the pool which was great - cocktails from the bar gets a little pricey after a while and the bar sells no snacks.
Cons: We only saw the cleaners twice in 9 days. We had to ask for fresh sheets and towels. One evening we came back and they had taken all our sheets and I had to ask/beg, using Google translate, the security guard to please find us some sheets as we had no bedding! Considering you're not allowed to put loo roll down the toilets so the bin gets full quickly, and you're paying for room service, it should be made clear when room service happens and there should be an option for a door handle notice for you to state whether or not you want it. Having to ask the cleaners in the hallways if you're lucky to see them for towels and sheets is not on! Customer service - on wow! Don't expect a smile in Bulgaria, it's just their culture to not smile and be polite! It took my friend and I a while to get used to this out there. Lastly, you can walk to all 3 pools via the gardens, you don't have to go around the dusty main road as the map/receptionist told us! One pool has the restaurant, one pool has the bar, and the other pool designed as a guitar has no facilities... just to be aware. The bar also sells no snacks. There's no towel service for the pools - it's a very much self service hotel so if you're cool with that, go for it!
