Royal Sun Apartments

Pros: Very nice apartments. Lovely pool area, restaurant food was delicious. Bar staff so friendly. Plenty of loungers. 2nd time back there. Walking distance to the strip, but nice and quiet area. Alex the Rep, was brilliant at organising us and the apartments and payments etc, checked with us during the trip to see if we needed anything, friendly and professional. Veneta the rep always kept in contact me from the moment we booked, answering any queries, and organising a taxi from the airport and back for the 10 of us. Thank ye so much.

The stay was great and will definitely return.

Pros: The layout and the fact that it was close to the beach.

Cozy apartment, suitable for a family or a couple.

Pros: Good location , owner very nice and helpful. The apartment corresponds to what you can find in the photos. Suitable for a family with kids.

Cons: Apartment had few wall dents here and there, which could be easily fixed by the owner. Apartment comes with an inventory list which is not quite accurate on pricing regarding the state of the furniture inside the apartment.

3rd time staying in the same property, hard to beat for comfort, facilities, location and value.

Pros: The staff managing the apartment via Booking.com were excellent. Veneta in the office and Aleks on site were a joy to deal with and made everything so easy with great communication and prompt responses to any queries. Large and clean pools with plenty of sun beds. Apartments are quiet and well serviced with aircon included in the living room. Comfortable bed with everything required such as bed linen, towels and cooking utensils with a large fridge and small freezer section. This was our 3rd time staying at Royal Sun having first visited in 2015.

Cons: Some ignorant and inconsiderate guests playing loud music around by the pool. Good and sensible rules posted and generally enforced but they need to add additional rules banning the use of bluetooth speakers when people don't have the decency to use earphones. There is a tiny gym/exercise room on site but when previously inquired there was quite an expensive additional charge to use it so didn't bother with it.

Pros: The staff were very good especially Alexander our host very helpful and so nice 🙂always smiling

Pros: The apartment was clean & tidy.The pool area was lovely & clean.

Cons: The bed sheet wasn't large enough to tuck in.Which meant it came loose every night.

Pros: The view was stunning, the apartment was big and accommodated our entire group, family of 5, comfortably. The apartment manager tried very hard to accommodate us and was very responsive and fixed the AC in one day on the weekend. The grounds are amazing for a family with three pools,a restaurant, gym, and a snooker table.

Cons: The bathrooms smelled, I don't think they started unclean but something about the plumbing was bad. The kitchen did not come with dish soap or cleaning spong so it was not welcoming to use to say the least,, the fold away couch was completely broken and could not be slept on but they had two folding mattresses so we used that instead without issue.

Cons: Hotel już trochę wysłużony, sporo usterek, które wymagają zajęcia się trybie remontu a nie doraźnych interwencji.
