Pros: The location is great, Dock 5, the beach, good restaurants and The Sea Garden all in a few minutes walk.The property was clean and in good shape and have almost everything we needed.

Cons: It was a little noisy, but it is normal considering the location. It was not a problem for us.

Pros: Lovely modern apartment right in the heart of the entertainment area, and a short walk to the beach and Sea Garden. It had everything we wanted. Great communication from the friendly host.

Cons: It overlooks a busy restaurant area which is handy, but it can also be noisy.

Centrally located in Burgas!

Pros: The apartment/studio was very central as its location. There were many restaurants, shops, cafes and bars near. Also Burgas beach was not far away (5 to 10 minutes by foot). Also railway station and southern bus terminal (to Sunny Beach) were near (5 to 10 minutes by foot). We liked \

Cons: Our problem was with luggages at the departure day/night. Of course we may have reserve extra day, when we had flight at night 23.45, but this time I did not do that. But in the end with recommend of host we used railway station luggage room. So it was not that big issue, but with hotel that would not be problem and of course we knew that before, so it was not suprise.

Pros: Yvonne and Daniel are exceptional hosts. We arrived late and they greeted us at the property and settled us in. The apartment is wonderful, the attention to detail is fantastic. They have thought of everything needed to make your stay comfortable including little touches like breakfast bits, wine and water left for us. Central location, on a lively street close to restaurants and beach yet there was no noise at all. Everything was just fabulous.

Pros: I recently had the pleasure of staying in a lovely apartment and wanted to share my thoughts. Firstly, the location is excellent - right in the heart of the city, with everything you need within walking distance. The apartment itself is brand new and spotlessly clean - I couldn't fault it. The bed was also extremely comfortable, which is always a big plus when travelling. But what really stood out was the wonderful host. She was incredibly friendly and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient and welcoming stay.

Cons: I have had a bit of a disturbance from noisy neighbours.
